In order to grasp the immune antibody level of classical swine fever(CSF)and the infection of procine pseudorabies virus(PRV)in Chuzhou area,and to provide a certain reference basis for the prevention and control of the two diseases,this study selected 30 farms and slaughterhouses of different counties in Chuzhou area,and conducted sampling 548 serum samples in the spring and autumn of 2018.The samples were tested by the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)method.The test results are as follows:The positive rate of immune antibody of CSF is 80.29%(440/548),which is higher than the national standard(70%).While the PRV infection rate is 11.68%(64/548),with a high infection level.By classified the serum sample test results in different season,county,farm scale,feeding method,age,generation and enterprise nature,conclude that:1.The level of immune antibodies against CSF in spring is close to that in autumn(±2.05%),while the infection rate of PRV in spring is higher than that in autumn(14.99±1.92%>5.97±1.68%);2.The immune antibody levels of CSF are vary greatly between different counties(up to 97.73±2.27%% and lowest 62.87±3.75%),and the infection rate of PRV is significantly different(up to 54.55±7.59% and lowest 0%);3.Immune antibody levels of CSF in farms with more than 500 stocks are higher(more than 85%),and so are the infection rate of PRV(more than 12%).
