Moso bamboo winter shoot is the foundation of bamboo forest breeding, and it is also the traditional green and high-grade food material in China. The nondestructive and efficient detection of moso bamboo winter shoots not only provides important guidance for the management and management of moso bamboo forest, but also provides digital research means for the ecological research of moso bamboo. The existing detection methods of underground rhizome, such as GRP,MRI and X-ray imaging, have the disadvantages of high cost, complex operation and poor practicability.Based on the principle of the difference between the soil conductivity and the target conductivity, the electrical impedance detection method can meet the needs of moso bamboo winter shoots detection in theory, and has the advantages of high cost performance and strong practicability,so it is a promising detection method. This paper focuses on the computer simulation of different methods and effects of electrical impedance detection of moso bamboo winter shoots, which provides important theoretical support for the development and application of this method. The main work and results of this paper include:(1)This paper introduces the principle and structure of the typical 16 electrode soil electrical impedance acquisition system, systematically expounds the mathematical principle of the soil electrical impedance imaging method, leads to the forward and inverse problems of the soil electrical impedance imaging, and describes the solution process of the forward and inverse problems.(2)In this paper, two typical EIT algorithms,Equipotential Lines Back-Projection algorithm(dynamic imaging algorithm)and NOSER algorithm(static imaging algorithm),are simulated and compared in detail.Based on the 40 cm diameter soil area model,a series of electrical conductivity image reconstruction simulation and contrast experiments were carried out by adding different positions and different sizes of bamboo shoots. The results show that the quality parameters and image quality of NOSER algorithm are better than that of Equipotential Lines Back-Projection algorithm.(3)A simple method of voltage superposition discrimination is proposed.Through the analysis of the characteristics of the measured voltage, the similar characteristics of the target model with moso bamboo winter shoots were extracted, and the measurement noise was added for simulation. The results show that there is a significant difference between the measured voltage characteristics of the target group with moso bamboo winter shoots added and that of the target group without bamboo shoots, and the difference is more obvious when the added target is located at the edge of the area to be measured. This simplified discrimination method has low requirements for hardware and software, and can be used for direct detection or auxiliary imaging system detection of moso bamboo winter shoots.
