Jiangsu is an important rice producing area in China while the amount of water resources is relatively abundant.The rice growing season is also in the rainy season,and the natural conditions are exceptional.At present,the average amount of fertilizer used in Jiangsu is nearly third that in developed countries,which is eroded into rivers by the heavy rain in the flood season causing serious non-point pollution.On the basis of summarizing the achievements on irrigation schedule optimization and water&fertilizer integration technology at home and abroad,the research on irrigation schedule of small electromechanical pipeline irrgation area and the integrated irrigation system of water&fertilizer was developed in this paper,in order to promote the water saving and the emission reduction in southern China.This paper summarizes the research on irrigation schedule optimization and water&fertilizer integration technology at home and abroad.Based on an integrated intelligent assembly pumping station,this paper contributes the following research angles on small electromechanical irrigation districts in Jiangsu Province:(1)The real-time rainfall adjustment is rarely considered when the current irrigation schedule of small electromechanical irrigation areas in Jiangsu Province is determined,and irrigation mainly relies on experience.In this paper,short-time weather forecasting and the real-time monitoring technology of field soil moisture or paddy field water level are integrated to propose an optimization method for irrigation schedule in small electromechanical irrgation area,which can improve the utilization rate of rainfall,save the amount of irrigation water,and increase the efficiency of agricultural water use.(2)This paper combs the current water&fertilizer integration technology and common-using equipment in China.According to the characteristics of rice and wheat fertilization in Jiangsu Province and the water head requirements of small electromechanical pipeline irrigation area,this paper proposes a water&fertilizer integrated irrigation system scheme for small electromechanical pipeline irrgation area in Jiangsu Province(by selecting mechanical drive injection type fertilization device);On this basis,considering different parameters including design flow,irrigation and fertilization time,irrigation head,etc,of small electromechanical irrigation area,the water&fertilizer integrated equipment and fertilization schemes were finalized and serialized(according to different irrigation area,irrgation duration,and pump head selection to match the corresponding fertilization pumps).(3)With Visual Basic 6.0 as the programming platform,the intelligent irrigation module of small electromechanical irrigation area was developed.The irrigation schedule was optimized by calling the basic information database of irrigation area and crop growth period,short-time rainfall forecast and real-time public opinion data.A small-scale electromechanical irrigation area water&fertilizer integrated device selection module(by selecting the corresponding water and fertilizer integrated device from different irrigation areas and lifts)was devised.Finally,based on integrated intelligent pumping station,the expert system of small-scale electromechanical pipeline irrigation district was improved and it realized the real-time query of pipeline irrigation system finalized design(including water&fertilizer integrated device).
