Saline soil is not conducive to crop production, due to its characteristics of poor structure, high pH,and lack of effective nutrients.Nowadays,as the available arable land decreases, the abundant saline soil resources are potential reserve resources for land use.To enable saline soil to grow crops efficiently, the use of modern agricultural science and technology is an important measure to alleviate food shortages and is of great significance to crop supply and regional agricultural production.Bioorganic fertilizer has the advantages of improving soil organic matter, improving soil aggregate structure, promoting soil microbial growth, enhancing soil fertility and buffering forces, and promoting crop growth. Therefore, the application of bioorganic fertilizer may have a certain positive effect on the improvement of saline soil. There are a lot of reports showed that Trichoderma and its bioorganic fertilizer play an important role in promoting plant growth and in biological control. It is also a relief for salt stress. In order to understand the effect of Trichoderma NJAU 4742 on promoting crop growth in saline soil,Trichoderma bioorganic fertilizer was applied into the saline soil.In the present study, the effects of soil salinity, inoculation methods, cultivation duration, and crop cultivation on Trichoderma colonization was investigated via a Trichoderma colonization experiment.Comparing with unfertilized and chemical fertilizer application treatments, the effect of Trichoderma NJAU 4742 bioorganic fertilizer was studied by applying this fertilizer to cucumber pot experiments. At the same time, the results by comparing cattle manure and pig manure, total amount of Trichoderma bioorganic fertilizer and Trichoderma bioorganic fertilizer plus reduced 30%chemical fertilizer treatment,a better solution for the application of Trichoderma bioorganic fertilizer in saline soil cultivation was investigated. The promotion effect of Trichoderma NJAU 4742 bioorganic fertilizer on cucumber was further verified by the field experiment. The results obtained were listed as follows:At first,The results of the colonization experiment show that Trichoderma can efficiently colonize in saline soil. The content of Trichoderma in soil first increased with time and then tended to be flattened. The increase of soil salinity led to a decrease in the number of Trichoderma colonization.By comparing the Trichoderma contents of the two fertilizers, performing bioorganic fertilizer can have higher Trichoderma population than the spore suspension treatment. The concentration of Trichoderma with cucumber growth was higher than that of uncultivated plants.Secondly, the pot experiment showed that the application of Trichoderma bioorganic fertilizer in potted saline soil can increase crop yield. And the cucumber yield obtained from cattle manure treatment is higher than that of pig manure treatment. The cucumber yield obtained from 100%organic fertilizer and 100%bioorganic fertilizer treatments is higher than their corresponding 30%chemical alternative treatments.Compared with application of chemical fertilizer, full application of Trichoderma cattle manure bioorganic fertilizer can increase production by 107%.Moreover,the application of Trichoderma bioorganic fertilizer can improve the fruit quality to a certain extent in saline soil.Trichoderma bioorganic fertilizer can relieve soil salt stress, increase soil organic matter and available phosphorus content, and promote crop growth. In the field experiment, experiments in the field have shown that the growth promoting effect of Trichoderma bioorganic fertilizer in saline field soil is further verified. The full application of Trichoderma cattle manure bioorganic fertilizer is worth popularizing in the field environment.
