Saline-alkali stress is one of the important factors restricting the development of grape industry. In order to improve the growth and development of grape under saline-alkali environment, the effects of acetic acid and oxalic acid on the saline-alkali stress of grape were studied. At first, the mitigation effect of acetic acid and oxalic acid was studied by pot experiment and the appropriate concentration was screened out. Then the field test was carried out to verify the effect in the saline-alkali land of Dongying. Finally, the relationship between acetic acid's mitigation of saline-alkali stress and the signal pathway of jasmonic acid was preliminarily discussed. Results are as follows:?1?Annual'Frontanec'grape was used as the test material, and 1.08%saline-alkali treatment was conducted. After saline-alkali treatment twice, acetic acid solution of different concentration?10mM,30mM,50mM?and oxalic acid solution of different concentration?15mM,75mM,100mM?were irrigated once. The results showed that different concentrations of acetic acid and oxalic acid significantly increased chlorophyll content of leaves and root activity of grape under saline-alkali stress,The content of malondialdehyde in root and H2O2in leaves of grape under saline-alkali stress were significantly reduced,Among them,30mM acetic acid and 75mM oxalic acid have the most significant effects.?2?Five-year-old'Crimson Seedless'grape was used as test material,Irrigate 15mM,75mM oxalic acid solution and 30mM acetic acid solution in the vineyard of Dongying agricultural demonstration base, water the solution once a month from April to September. The results showed that the soil compactness was significantly reduced by irrigation of 75mM oxalic acid and 30mM acetic acid,in the 0-20cm soil layer,it decreased by 42.1%and 43.2%,respectively.Soil compactness in the 20-40cm soil layer decreased by 50.8%compared with the control after irrigation with 75mM oxalic acid;Irrigation of 75mM oxalic acid significantly reduced soil pH,Especially in May and June before the rainy season; The content of chlorophyll in grape leaves was significantly increased by 15mM oxalic acid,75mM oxalic acid and 30mM acetic acid,in September, the chlorophyll content of each treatment increased by 20.4%,19.7%and 46.3%,respectively,compared with that of the control group; The net photosynthetic rate of grape leaves was significantly increased by 75mM oxalic acid and 30mM acetic acid, the intercellular CO2 concentration was reduced, significantly increased root activity.Adding 15mM oxalic acid,75mM oxalic acid and 30mM acetic acid significantly increased the thickness of the grape stem, compared with the control,it increased by 22.3%,37.6%and 24.6%,respectively.The irrigation of 75mM oxalic acid and 30mM acetic acid significantly increased the total biomass and soluble sugar content of the branches.Adding 30mM acetic acid significantly increased the starch content of the branches.?3?The simulated leaching test was carried out with sifted saline alkali soil filled with soil column from Dongying. The soil column was irrigated with 15mM,75mM oxalic acid and30mM acetic acid solution to cultivate the soil, then water to leach the soil column. The results showed that 15mM,75mM oxalic acid and 30mM acetic acid reduced the total amount of nitrate nitrogen leached in the soil,The reduction was 55%,23.3%and 21%,respectively.?4?The annual'Frontanec'grape was treated with 1.08%salinization,30mM acetic acid,0.2mm jasmonic acid and 30mM acetic acid+1mM SHAM were irrigated once every two times after salinization. The results showed that the content of chlorophyll, activity of root system and activities of SOD and POD enzymes in grape leaves were significantly increased by adding0.2mm jasmonic acid;Compared with 30mM acetic acid, the addition of jasmonic acid synthesis inhibitor significantly reduced the chlorophyll content and root activity of grape leaves,The content of hydrogen peroxide and MDA in root system were significantly increased. The effect of acetic acid on saline-alkali stress may be related to the content of jasmonic acid in plants.
