Xinjiang is located in the northwest of China.It is a typical dry climate in the mainland.It is dry and hot in summer and cold in winter.It is suitable for the development of solar vegetable greenhouse technology because plenty of sunshine.At present,the greenhouse in Xinjiang mainly use the traditional arch greenhouse and solar greenhouse,which has poor heat storage and insulation performance.In the continuous cold weather in winter,the temperature in the greenhouse is low,which cannot meet the growth of vegetables.Cold damage,freezing damage,and even plant death often occur.The greenhouse cannot be used in winter,resulting in waste of resources.Taking the greenhouse in Tacheng area in Xinjiang as an example,propose the technology of using solar energy cross season to store heat for greenhouse.The vegetable greenhouse adopts three technologies of day and night heat storage,solar seasonal storage and intelligent regulation,It can be used in winter after heat storage in summer and transitional seasons.The effect of heat storage during the day to be used at night can meet the requirements of normal growth of vegetables.Carry out basic heat transfer analysis of the greenhouse on the basis of the heating theory of the greenhouse.According to the local climatic conditions requirements for vegetable growth,set the indoor calculated temperature to 13?.Consult the manual to find that Tacheng's winter outdoor calculated temperature is-18.9?and the heating period is 120 days.Calculating the heat load using traditional methods is 39677.1W,and the total heat consumption during heating is 411.4GJ.Simultaneously use DeST to simulate the dynamic hourly load throughout the year.The distribution of hourly dynamic temperature and hourly dynamic heat load throughout the year is obtained.The first consecutive cold weather lasted four days and appeared from December24 to December 27.The second consecutive extreme cold weather lasted six days from January 11 to January 16 of the following year.Among them,the extreme low temperature throughout the year occurred at 23:00 on January 11th and the temperature was as low as-26.7?.And the maximum dynamic heat load of the year was 35941W.Analyze the heat supply of solar collectors during the combined operation of day and night water tanks and inter-seasonal soil heat storage.Combined with the characteristics of Tacheng area,design a greenhouse heating system combining solar energy with day and night water tank heat storage and solar seasonal storage.The calculator area of the ceramic solar collector is 224.5m~2,and the effective volume of the seasonal storage water tank is 854.92m~3.Finally,the temperature field inside the greenhouse is simulated by CFD software.The three-dimensional model of the shed is established and meshed by ICEM.Using FLUENT software to establish the numerical calculation model of the shed and carry out simulation calculation.Use Tecplot software for post-processing.The operating conditions of the system under the condition of low load and continuous extreme cold are compared and analyzed.The distribution characteristics of the air temperature field in the greenhouse after the solar inter-season thermal storage and supplementary heating system are obtained.It is verified that the system can meet the heating demand in severe cold weather under the running state.Finally,the calculation shows that the system is energy-saving and environmentally friendly,and has certain economical efficiency.
