In my country, the corn stalk resources produced by agricultural production are very rich, and improper handling will cause waste of resources or environmental pollution.Among them, the utilization of feed is one of the important application methods.Physical treatment includes crushing, cooking, thermal spraying, radiation and high-temperature steam method;there are many chemical treatment methods, such as alkalization, oxidation, acidification and ammoniation. For microbial treatment, silage.microstorage, enzymolysis and other treatments are often used.In this experiment,by studying the effect of different fermentation conditions of Candida guttarum on the crude protein content of ammoniated corn stalk, the response surface was used to optimize the fermentation conditions to explore the optimal fermentation conditions for Candida guttarum to improve the nutritional value of corn stalk for reference. On this basis, the rumen nylon bag method was used to evaluate the nutritional value of corn stalks, ammoniated corn stalks, fermented corn stalks, and ammoniated fermented corn stalks. The purpose was to select the best method for processing corn stalks for its production in ruminants. The application in provides theoretical basis and technical support. The specific research contents are as follows:Experiment 1:Effect of fermentation conditions on crude protein content of ammoniated corn stalks.Through four single factor experiments, different temperatures(24?,28?,32?,36?)?time(24 h,48 h,72 h,96 h,120 h),water content(55%,60%,65%,70%,75%),the amount of yeast inoculation(1%,3%,5%,7%,9%)on the crude protein content of ammoniated corn stover. The experiment used rapid ammoniated corn stalks(ammonia time 2 h,pressure 0.3 Mpa,crude protein content 13.37%)as raw materials.F-irst,a single factor experiment was carried out,and then the best fermentation conditions were selected on this basis. In this experiment Use response surface to optimize accordingly to get the best fermentation conditions. The results showed that,(1)the CP content of the 32?fermentation temperature group was significantly higher than that of other treatment groups(P<0.05);(2)the CP content of the 48 h fermentation group was significantly higher than that of the 24 h,96 h,and 1 20 h groups(p<0.05),the there was no significant difference from the 72 h group(P>0.05);(3)the CP content in the 65%fermentation water content group was significantly higher than the other treatment groups(p<0.05);(4)the CP content in the 7%yeast inoculation group was significantly higher than the other treatment groups(P<0.05).(5)At a fermentation temperature of 32?,a fermentation time of 48 h,a water content of 65%,and a yeast inoculation amount of 70%,the crude protein content of the fermented ammoniated corn stalk reached a maximum of 17.01%,significantly higher than the crude protein content of unfermented ammoniated corn stalk(p<0.05).Experiment 2 Effects of different treatments on the nutritional value and rumen degradation characteristics of corn stalksA single-factor completely randomized trial design was used, which was divided into four groups:?,?,? and ?,namely:corn stalk(control group),ammoniated corn stalk, fermented corn stalk, ammoniated ferm ented corn stalk, each treatment group 3 repetitions.According to the summary nutrient analysis and Van Soest fiber analysis method, its conventional nutritional components were analyzed. The nylon bag method was used to determine the indexes of crude protein(CP),dry matter(DM),neutral detergent fiber(NDF)and acid detergent fiber(ADF)of the four test samples, and then the rumen degradation parameters were calculated using a computer model. The results showed that:(1)The DM,NDF and ADF of ammoniated fermented corn stalks were significantly lower than that of corn stalks, ammoniated corn stalks and fermented corn stalks(P<0.05),and their CP,crude fat(EE)and crude ash(ASH)Are significantly higher than corn stover, ammoniated corn stover and fermented corn stover(P<0.05);(2)rumen degradable components(D),residence time(T0)and effective degradation rate(EDDM)of ammoniated fermented corn stover All were significantly higher than corn stalks, ammoniated corn stalks and fermented corn stalks(P<0.05);(3)CP had the highest rumen degradation rate(Kd)of ammonia fermented corn stalks, which was significantly different from corn straws and ammoniated corn stalks(P<0.05),Not significantly different from fermented corn stover(P>0.05),the rumen degradable components(D)and effective degradation rate(EDCP)of ammoniated fermented corn stover are significantly higher than that of corn stover, ammoniated corn stover and fermented corn Straw(P<0.05);(4)The rumen degradation rate(Kd)and effective degradation rate(EDNDF)of ammoniated fermented corn stover NDF are significantly h igher than that of corn stover, ammoniated corn stover and fermented corn stover P<0.05)(5)The rumen degradation rate(Kd)and effective degradation rate(EDADF)of ADF,ammoniated fermented corn stalks are significantly higher than corn stalks, ammoniated corn stalks and fermented corn stalks(P<0.05),the rumen non-degradable components(U)Is the lowest, and is significantly different from corn stover, ammoniated corn stover and fermented corn stover(p<0.05).In summary, the optimal fermentation conditions(temperature:32°C,time:48 h,water content:65%,yeast inoculation amount:7%)were obtained through response surface optimization. The nutritional value and rumen degradation characteristics of corn stover co-treated by fermentation and ammoniation were significantly improved. The crude protein content was increased to 17.04%,the crude fat content was increased to 1.64%,and the neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber decreased to 64.04%and 38.80%,respectively.The effective rumen degradation rate(ED)of DM,CP,NDF and ADF was increased to 48.90%,56.92%,37.07%and 39.23%,respectively.
