Agriculture is the economic foundation for a large agricultural country like ours,and occupies an important position in our country.Solving food problems and increasing food production are at the core of agricultural problems.For China,a country with a large population,food is related to the quality of life of our people.It is difficult to achieve all by natural supply or import,but good quality seeds can greatly increase grain output,and seed cultivation is good quality seeds Basic work.Through the investigation,it was found that in the past,breeding experiments in my country basically involved the joint participation of machinery and manpower.Due to the low level of intelligence in breeding machinery,the breeding work in my country is dominated by manpower and supplemented by machinery.Based on the shortcomings of my country's breeding work and on-site investigation of my country's traditional breeding methods,this paper developed a multi-mode community precision seeder intelligent control system based on Beidou positioning technology and encoder technology,which has accelerated the development of breeding trials in China.First,the development status of China's breeding machinery and foreign breeding machinery is analyzed.According to the development level of China's breeding machinery and the needs of users,the overall design plan of the system is formulated,and the design plan adopts the idea of modularization,Beidou positioning system and encoder of data acquisition module,intelligent controller equipped with LPC2368 microprocessor in decision module,GPRS-DTU of communication module,stepper motor,DC motor,cone grid seeding device of execution module,etc.Then is the software design of the system,based on the built-in embedded Linux crosscompilation environment on the PC side,with the help of cross-platform language Qt for software development,the Beidou positioning module is configured and the Beidou positioning data message is parsed.Then,for the microprocessing As well as the characteristics of positioning data,the calculation method of latitude and longitude data by micro-processing is improved,and the positioning accuracy under the Beidou mode is improved.In order to facilitate information interaction with users,a graphical interface tool using Qt has designed a human-computer interaction interface.According to the characteristics of Beidou mode and encoder mode,stepper motor control programs in different modes are designed.In order to facilitate the management of information and working status of breeding machines,he participated in the core code design of the vehicle management platform.Then,according to the software design and system requirements,the overall framework of the hardware is designed,and the hardware selection of each module in the framework is carried out.Then,for the different problems in the Beidou mode and the encoder mode,the Beidou AB line algorithm was designed based on the Beidou positioning technology to solve the problem of cell alignment between different rows.Based on the encoder technology,the encoder automatic control algorithm is designed to solve the followup problem of the stepper motor controlling the grid to rotate once in the specified cell line length.Based on the encoder and Beidou positioning,an automatic calibration algorithm is designed to solve the cumulative error of the encoder,and the pseudo-code design of the above three algorithms is carried out.Finally,the system test and analysis work.First,test the software and hardware modules in the laboratory to ensure that each part of the function can work normally.Then connect to build the overall system and perform functional tests on the real environment farmland to ensure that the Beidou mode and the encoder mode can operate normally.As a result of the test,the system can operate normally and realize the control function and alignment function of the cell president.
