Grapholitha molesta,referred to as"Grapholitha molesta",belongs to Lepidoptera,and is one of the major pests in dangshan pear.Based on the statistics and analysis of the data from Grapholitha molesta in Dangshan County in the past 10 years,this paper discusses the regularity of occurrence between and within years.The isotropic effect of Grapholitha molesta sex pheromone nematodes was studied,and the prevention and control effects of different chemicals on Grapholitha molesta were explored.At the same time,the high-efficiency control technology of Grapholitha molesta was developed.The research results have certain practical significance.The main research results are as follows:(1)The occurrence rule of Grapholitha molesta was clarified.Grapholitha molesta has5 generations per year in Dangshan area,generally completing 1 generation within 30d-40d days,and the 3rd-5th generations overlap obviously.The peak period of eclosion for the overwintering generation is in the upper and middle of April,the peak period of eclosion for the first generation is in the beginning of June,the peak period of eclosion for the second generation is in the end of June,the peak period of eclosion for the third generation is in the end of July,the peak period of eclosion for the fourth generation is in the end of August,the fifth generation does not produce adults,and overwinters as cocoons of mature larvae.(2)Highly effective Grapholitha molesta sustained-release agent was screened.Under the condition of 750 strands/hm~2 usage,the nematodes with 112mg/strand nematocide slow-release agent have a nematocide rate of 86.36%-100%for Grapholitha molesta in the nematocide region and a tip borer control effect of 78.79%-95.65%.The nematocide has good control effect on Grapholitha molesta,is safe for fruit trees,and can be widely popularized and applied.(3)Grapholitha molesta was screened out as a highly effective control agent.The control effect of 30%abamectin-benzuron SC(active ingredient 250 mg/kg-300 mg/kg)was89.35%for 21 days after 1000 times application.522.5g/L Chlorpyrifos EC(active ingredient 373.2 mg/kg)had a control effect of 91.7%after applied 1400 times for 21 days.The control effect of 20%chlorpyrifos-beta-cypermethrin EC(active ingredient200mg/kg)1000 times liquid after 21 days application was 94.3%.The control effect of 4.5%beta-cypermethrin EC(active ingredient:30 mg/kg)1,500 times liquid after 21 days of application was 94.6%.The control effect of 1%emamectin benzoate EC+35%chlorantraniliprole(active ingredient 5+35mg/L)was 91.67%on the 7th day after test application and 87.33%on the 14th day after application.The control effect on Grapholitha molesta was good.(4)Grapholitha molesta high-efficiency control technology has been developed.Grapholitha molesta has many generations in Dangshan county,with overlapping generations.egg and larval stage is the key period for prevention and control of Grapholitha molesta.this paper synthesizes the occurrence regularity of Grapholitha molesta,sex pheromone trapping moth,nematodiasis effect and screening of high-efficiency chemicals.Comprehensive utilization of agricultural control,physical control,biological control and chemical control technologies has led to the establishment of Grapholitha molesta high-efficiency control technology,which provides scientific control technology reference for fruit growers to scientifically control Grapholitha molesta.
