Research On Multi-source Forest Fire Monitoring Information Integration

With the improvement of satellite monitoring,aviation monitoring,near-ground patrol and ground patrol technology,forest fire monitoring technology has been widely used in forest fire prevention management departments at all levels in China.However,the existing forest fire monitoring information management mode,especially the decentralized storage and simple centralized management mode of forest fire monitoring information from different sources,leads to the emergence of information islands in forest fire monitoring information,which cannot meet the needs of inter-departmental collaborative monitoring.Therefore,there is an urgent need to establish information islands that open up all kinds of monitoring information,so that all kinds of information can cooperate and flow quickly,and provide information support for efficient forest fire monitoring and early warning and command and suppression.By designing a multi-source forest fire monitoring information integration scheme,this paper classifies and standardizes forest fire monitoring information from multiple sources,and proposes four types of monitoring information integration supporting ground patrol,near-ground monitoring,aviation patrol and satellite monitoring.Master data model and heterogeneous data integration scheme,on this basis,a multi-source forest fire monitoring information integration system architecture and internal function modules are designed to analyze and manage the integrated data.The main research work and results are as follows:(1)Design multi-source forest fire monitoring information integration scheme.In order to adapted to various sources of monitoring information data for forest fires,the data integration method used the combination of PostgreSQL,PostGIS,MongoDB and Web API.Based on the analyzed of data characteristics,the data model and relationship are designed and stored in PostSQL,and the spatial information service is provided by PostGIS.Externally use Web API access interface to provided data services.Users do not need to know the source,structure,storage method,and location of forest fire monitoring information,but only need to follow the Web API interface access specification to obtain the data they need.(2)Design a multi-source forest fire monitoring information database.The spatial database composed of the relational database PostgreSQL and the PostGIS extension plug-in,and the non-relational database MongoDB together constitute the data storage layer.The multi-source forest fire monitoring information integration database was analyzed,conceptual design and logic design,the relationship between the entities and their properties is established,according to the E-R relationship model and the coupling relationship between data tables,the database concept model was established,and the scattered heterogeneous data set becomes multi-source forest fire monitoring information.(3)Design a multi-source forest fire monitoring information integration system.Established a multi-source forest fire monitoring information integration system based on ASP.NET and Web API framework.Through demand analysis and feasibility analysis of the system,a data acquisition module,streaming media management module,system management module and basic data management module were constructed Four major function management modules,etc.,use MQ message queue to connect each module.(4)To realize the application of multi-source forest fire monitoring information integration system.Used the Web API technology to achieve the connection between the front end and the spatial database,and through the GIS interface to query,statistics and analysis of the forest fire monitoring information integration data,the integration of the forest fire monitoring spatial location information and attribute information.The integration and application of multi-source forest fire monitoring information can quickly determine the location of forest fire,release forest fire warning information,realize reasonable integrated storage of data and agile and efficient management,and build a bridge of data communication between the production of forest fire monitoring data and the application of emergency command and dispatch.
