Camellia oleifera is the main economic crop in Hunan,forming a complete industrial chain.Due to the short picking period of the camellia,the fresh camellia fruit is prone to mildew and is not easy to store.The quality of the camellia has a great relationship with the post-plucking treatment.In order to be able to produce tea oil throughout the year,the camellia seeds must be dried and stored,so the control system of the camellia seed dryer becomes an important part of the drying process.The closer the control system fits the drying curve of the camellia seed,the better the control system Can bring better economic value to the enterprise,improve the efficiency of the enterprise,and save costs.This article is based on the Camellia Seed Dryer developed by the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering,Central South University of Forestry and Technology.With the help of key technology research and equipment R&D projects on post-processing of forest fruit,the thesis focuses on the development of an intelligent control system for Camellia Seed Dryer.The work content and conclusion are as follows:1)Using the heat pump as a heat source,through the same project,the optimal process parameters of camellia seed drying under different drying time and drying energy consumption ratio were studied.Through analysis and discussion of these drying processes,camellia seed drying was proposed.The scheme of the intelligent control system of the machine has determined that the drying method of the multi-temperature zone will be adopted in the drying process of camellia seed,15 sensor detection points have been determined,and 5 air valves,heat pumps,moisture exhaust fans and chain-net motors have been determined as the control objects.The control parameters of the intelligent control system of the camellia seed dryer are mainly the temperature of the four-layer drying layer in the drying oven,which is mainly to detect the hot air temperature of the air inlet of the drying oven,the temperature of the four layers in the drying oven,the temperature and humidity of the air outlet of the drying oven,and the opening of the air valve degree.2)According to the characteristics of different temperatures in different chain layers,complicated control objects,hysteresis and time-variation of heat pump drying in the drying process of the camellia seed intelligent dryer,the requirements of the multi-temperature zone of the control system are analyzed to determine The control strategy of the control system adopts the fuzzy PID control method.The unique control model is obtained by decoupling the four layers of temperature inside the drying oven.The membership function is selected for the input and output,the fuzzy rule table is established,and the fuzzy controller is completed.the design of.3)Developed a PLC-based control system and designed an intelligent control system for camellia seed dryer.In the hardware design of the system,the temperature sensor,humidity sensor,air valve actuator,programmable controller,frequency converter and other electrical components were selected,and the main circuit and control circuit of the intelligent control system of the camellia seed dryer were designed.The PLC of Mitsubishi FX-2N series is adopted as the lower computer of the system,Kingview is used as the software of the man-machine interactive interface,and the upper computer adopts the computer.Through the design of the human-computer interaction interface,the system has the functions of on-site drying process display,real-time reading of process parameters,parameter setting,fault alarm,process compilation under different weight ratios,and reading of historical parameters.4)After the assembly and debugging of the intelligent control system of the camellia seed dryer,a verification test and a simulation test are carried out on the intelligent control system of the camellia seed dryer to verify that the control system meets the process design requirements,and to explore and analyze the overshoot of the control system Control parameters such as quantity and steady-state time.This paper completes the analysis,design and implementation of the control system for the camellia seed intelligent dryer,and realizes the design requirements of the camellia seed dryer intelligent control system,which saves energy consumption and improves the drying efficiency for the camellia seed drying.The drying of camellia seeds will increase the economic benefits of the enterprise and provide technical support for the promotion and application.
