Bamboo resources are an important forestry resource in China. With the continuous development of bamboo resources, the economic benefits continue to increase, and its planting area also continues to expand. However, the maintenance and management of bamboo forests are often neglected in production, resulting in increasingly severe pests.Among them, the main pests are Rammeacris kiangsu(Tsai)and Melanotus cribricollis, which seriously threaten the yield and quality of bamboo forest products.Because bamboo forest pests tend to be more subtle,it is difficult to adopt sustainable, efficient and pollution-free effective methods for prevention and control. Therefore,it is of great ecological significance to carry out research on their targeted prevention and control measures and economic benefit development. And economic value. In this paper, the main pests of bamboo forests are taken as the research object, the use of plant feeding preference, the impact of different plant feeding on insect growth and development, indoor toxicity testing, and the comparison of trapping effects of different types of insecticidal lamps are used to control the main pests of bamboo forests.Systematic research was carried out to provide theoretical basis and reference value for the prevention and control of bamboo forests.Below are key research findings:A study on the preference of the Rammeacris kiangsu Tsai for plant feeding found that the first-instar nymphs preferred corns to Miscanthus pubescens and Phyllostachys pubescens;the second to fifth-instar nymphs preferred Miscanthus fragrans. The Rammeacris kiangsu Tsai reared by corn has the largest weight gain, the shortest pre-laying period, and the largest growth of Miscanthus length. There is no significant difference in the amount of eggs laid per female between Phyllostachys pubescens and corn, which are significantly higher than that of Miscanthus;the three plants have no significant difference in survival rate.In summary, corn leaves are more likely to be used as a food source for the artificial rearing of the Rammeacris kiangsu Tsai.Studies on trapping insects with different insecticidal lamps have found that the number and types of insects trapped by broad-spectrum insecticidal lamps are higher than those of black-light insecticidal lamps and LED plasma insecticidal lamps;broad-spectrum insecticidal lamps and LED plasma insecticidal lamps are more effective against coleoptera insects. It has a good trapping effect, and the black light insecticidal lamp has a good trapping effect on lepidoptera insects;the three kinds of insecticidal lamps are best in the time period of 19: 00-21: 30;in the bamboo forest ecosystem Thepeak period of Coleoptera insect activity is 19:00-21:30,and the peak period of Lepidoptera insect activity is 00:00-2:00.Three chemical insecticides,5 % phoxim,0.5 % fipronil, and 20 % chlorantraniliprole, were used to determine the indoor virulence of the Melanotus cribricollis. After screening,5 % phoxim has the best determination effect, the LC50 is 0.19 g/kg,and the lethal effect is significantly higher than the other two.
