Although Camellia oleifera has more than 2,300 years of planting history in China,it is also an emerging industry in China.The rich medicinal,edible,and industrialization values of Camellia oleifera have made the Camellia industry rapidly rise in recent years.With the promotion of Camellia oleifera fruit in a large area across the country,the problem of Camellia oleifera picking has become increasingly prominent.Affected by the topography of Camellia oleifera planting and the shape of the Camellia oleifera tree,there is currently no suitable Camellia oleifera picking machine in China.It is mainly manual,supplemented by picking tools such as cloud ladders and bamboo poles.It takes a long time to pick and is more dangerous,which increases the cost of planting camellia.This paper presents a survey of the current situation of camellia planting in Yongzhou and Hengyang of Hunan Province.A crawler chassis picker.(1)Through reading the literatures of Camellia oleifera fruit at home and abroad,we understand the current status of fruit forest picking industry and determine the research plan and research direction of this paper.(2)Camellia oleifera is mostly planted in low-lying plain areas.Through analysis of soil water content,compaction and pavement unevenness,camellia oleifera woodland is soft pavement non-cohesive soil,and the optimal depressing depth of the picker should not exceed 5cm.Through woodland investigation and experiments,the standard plant spacing of Camellia oleifera is 3000 mm,and the maximum binding capacity of Camellia oleifera fruit is up to 45 N.The experimental data shows that the difficulty of picking Camellia oleifera is mainly affected by the picking position of the picking mechanism,the distribution of the Camellia oleifera,and the quality of the Camellia oleifera fruit.Based on the above data,it provides a theoretical basis for the overall structure design of the picker.(3)In order to meet the picking performance requirements and size requirements of the picker,the hydraulic drive motor and electric control box control motor of the picking chassis are selected based on CATIA software to ensure that the power of the picker can meet the walking system,picking device and transmission device For normal operation,the rated power of the hydraulic drive motor is 8.6kw,and the ratedpower of the electric control box control motor is 5kw.Through the vibration analysis of Camellia oleifera fruit and Camellia oleifera branches,the rated power of the picking head motor is 0.18 kw.(4)The beam frame is the core bearing mechanism of the picking machine.In order to ensure that the beam frame will not resonate and bend during the operation of the picking device,through the sixth-order modal analysis of the beam frame,the natural vibration of the beam frame is 120.93 Hz and 120.94 Hz,121.78 Hz,121.78 Hz,333.98 Hz,333.99 Hz,which is greater than the output frequency of the control box50 Hz,so the beam will not resonate with the operation of the picking device,according to the bending deformation formula It is 0.0005 mm,which is close to the static analysis value of ANSYS software 0.00051416 mm.Because the beam frame is made of Q235 material,according to the literature,the allowable bending deflection of ordinary steel is 2mm,and the impact of bending deformation on the whole machine can be ignored The design meets the performance requirements of the picker.(5)Through the forest test,the factors affecting the picking performance of the camellia fruit picking machine were determined as follows: the picking time of the camellia,the vibration frequency of the picking head,the amplitude of the picking head,and the clamping position of the picking claw.Taking the picking rate of Camellia oleifera and the drop rate of flower buds as the requirements for measuring the picking performance of the picking machine,the three-level four-factor orthogonal test was used to compare the influencing factors of picking.Analysis shows that the picking time of Camellia oleifera is 8s,the vibration frequency of the picking head is35 Hz,the amplitude of the picking head is 10 cm,the clamping position of the picking claw is between 10 cm and 20 cm,which is the best combination of picking performance factors of the picker,the picking rate of camellia Was 95.2%,and the bud loss rate was 17.2%.
