Wind tunnel experiment is one of the main methods and methods for studying soil wind erosion.The quality of its test system directly affects the accuracy and test efficiency of data collection and processing.Taking the OFDY-1.2 movable wind erosion wind tunnel as the research object,this paper constructs a wind erosion wind tunnel test system consisting of wind speed profiler,automatic sand collector,and host computer data collection,transmission and processing software.Validation tests were performed in the wind tunnel.First,the reliability of the wind erosion wind tunnel was tested;second,the structure and perforamance of the wind profiler and sand collector were optimized and tested;finally,the data acquisition and processing software of the host computer was used to verify the entire test system.The test results show that the wind speed profiler and automatic sand collector can accurately measure the wind speed and wind erosion at 8 different height positions in real time.The wind speed measurement range is 0-17m/s,and the accuracy is 0.3m/s.Wind erosion measurement range 0?300g,accuracy is 0.01g;effective wireless data transmission distance is not less than 200m,and simultaneously monitor the temperature,humidity and atmospheric pressure in the wind tunnel;Labview data processing software can simultaneously measure the wind speed profiler and The data collected by the automatic sand collector are collected,transmitted,and processed in real time,and the near-surface wind profile and wind-sand flow structure inside the wind tunnel are drawn;the near-surface wind profile at different wind speeds in the wind tunnel test section is exponentially distributed.The flow structure is also exponential,and the flow field in the wind tunnel is stable and uniform,which can meet the requirements of wind tunnel experiments for soil wind erosion.
