Pig food is safe in the world,and the amount of live pigs and pork consumption in China accounts for half of the world's total,and the price of pigs is linked to the"vegetable basket" of urban and rural residents,and the "money bag" of farm farmers.For the epidemic situation of African swine fever,the General Office of the State Council issued the"Opinions on Stabilizing Pig Production and Promoting Transformation" in September 2019.The comments pointed out that banking financial institutions should actively support the development of the pig industry.Enterprises blindly limit loans,draw loans,and break loans,and one of the main prerequisites for making loans is the need for collateral that can cover the loan amount.Therefore,this article is based on financial institutions studying the value evaluation of biological assets in the pig industry,using econometric methods to build growth models and price models,and the conclusions formed are:(1)For the consumable biological assets of the pig industry,this article divides the biological assets with an empty stomach weighing less than 90 kg into immature consumable biological assets for the pig industry according to the "Living Meat Pig Quality Assessment(GB/T 32759-2016)",The biological assets with a fasting weight of 90kg and above are classified as mature consumable biological assets in the pig industry.Specific to the selection of assessment methods,immature consumable biological assets in the pig industry can be divided into two stages,the first stage is weaned piglets to 30kg,the second stage is fattening pigs from 30kg to 90kg;the first stage piglets There is a quotation in the market,so you can use the market method to evaluate.The second stage of the biological asset market quotation is not active,and the cost method will greatly underestimate its value.This article uses the first stage of the pig industry 's immature consumable biological assets and pig breeding.Mature consumable biological assets to determine their value;in addition,the value of mature consumable biological assets in the pig industry can be determined by the product of price,quantity,and adjustment coefficient.This paper builds its growth model and price model,and considers Factors that need to be adjusted.(2)For the productive biological assets of the pig industry,this article divides the productive biological assets of the pig industry below 90kg into the immature productive biological assets of the pig industry according to the "Pig Standardization Breeding Operation Manual",and reserves 90kg and above for the pig industry Sows or sows are classified as mature and productive biological assets in the pig industry;immature and productive biological assets in the pig industry are suitable for evaluation by the cost method.For specific cost calculation,please refer to the "National Agricultural Product Cost and Benefit Yearbook" Productive biological assets are suitable to be evaluated using the income method.This paper combined with relevant research gives a method for determining relevant variables.(3)Based on the selected evaluation method and considering the purpose of evaluation,this paper uses a system dynamics method to construct a causal loop diagram that affects the value of biological assets in the pig industry.Modeling the four major factors of the market conditions of the pig industry and the status of financial institutions,so that the appraisers or financial institutions can more fully consider the value of the assessment and avoid loss of loans.
