This experiment is aimed at the practical problems of severe potato continuous cropping in Inner Mongolia and imbalance of farmland soil nutrients,large amounts of chemical fertilizers and pesticide residues,year-on-year reduction in organic matter,and reduction in potato production efficiency.In 2018 and 2019,field trials and pot experiments were carried out.Experimental studies were conducted in Damaoqi of Baotou City and Saihan District of Hohhot.The influence of soil biological characteristics,yield,quality,and benefits is to provide theoretical basis and technical support for the reasonable cultivation and efficient production of potatoes in Inner Mongolia.The main research results of the paper are as follows:(1)Application of appropriate amount of F01 compound microbial inoculum can effectively increase the soil microbial carbon,nitrogen and enzyme activity.With different bacterial application rates,the soil microbial carbon and nitrogen contents showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing,reaching the maximum value 75 days after emergence,and increasing compared with the control.The microbial biomass carbon was the highest at 75kg/hm2 treatment.The control increased by 98.32mg/kg,and the microbia biomass nitrogen was the highest at 150kg/hm2,an increase of 15.47mg/kg compared to the control.Urease activity increased first and then decreased.The 75kg/hm2 treatment increased significantly by 13.19%compared with the control;invertase,catalase,and alkaline phosphatase showed an upward trend and then decreased,reaching the maximum value 55 days after emergence,each Compared with the control,the bacterial treatments increased by 32.21%,10.42%,and 19.91%on average,and the largest increase was achieved with 150kg/hm2 treatment,and the best treatment effect was 75kg/hm2 in the late growth period.(2)Application of appropriate amount of F01 compound microbial inoculum can promote the increase of soil available nutrients content and delay the later decline rate.The content of alkali-decomposed nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium in the soil treated with bacteria decreased slowly during the growth process of potatoes,maintained a higher content level in the later period,and significantly increased compared with the control.The contents of alkali-decomposed nitrogen and available potassium were higher at 75kg/hm2?112.55kg/hm2,and the effective phosphorus was best treated at 75kg/hm2.The excessive application of bacterial agent reduced the content of available phosphorus nutrients in the soil.(3)Application of appropriate amount of F01 compound microbial inoculum can promote potato plant growth and dry matter accumulation,especially in the middle and late growth period.75kg/hm2? 90kg/hm2 fungus treatment plant height,stem thick growth is the best,dry matter accumulation is the highest,especially 75 days after emergence(tuber growth period)plant height,stem thickness and control are the most significant difference,tuber dry matter The accumulation amount increased by 11.84%?43.12%compared with the control.Too much inoculant dosage will increase the dry matter accumulation of aboveground organs,which is not conducive to the accumulation of tuber dry matter.(4)The application of an appropriate amount of F01 compound microbial inoculum can promote the net photosynthetic rate and SPAD value of potatoes.The application of bacteria effectively increases the net photosynthetic rate of potatoes,relatively slows down the decline of photosynthetic rate and SPAD value in the later growth period,and promotes dry matter Accumulation of assimilation.The treatment effect with 75kg/hm2 fungus was the best,which increased by 12.86%compared with the control treatment after 55 days of emergence.The SPAD value was the best with 150kg/hm2 from 35 to 55 days after emergence.(5)Application of appropriate amount of F01 compound microbial inoculum can improve potato tuber yield,protein content and total economic benefit.The rate of increase in yield was 2.51%to 15.99%under different bacterial treatments.The weight per tuber plant,tuber per plant and tuber yield were the highest at 75 kg/hm2.The yield increased significantly by 16%compared with the control,and the crude protein content increased by 2.79 percentage points.Economic income increased by 22.8%.Based on various research indicators,it is recommended that the suitable application amount of F01 compound micro-ecological fungus in field potato production is 7 5kg/hm2?90kg/hm2.
