Agricultural robotics is an important research branch of modern agriculture development.Agricultural robotics provides realistic possibility for the harmlessness of agricultural diseases and insect pests,intelligent disposal technology development research and industrial application.Our research took the pest control robot as the research object,took the intelligent identification and management of pests as the core and based on the engineering application design of the pest control robot and the research of the core technologies,exploringly designed an application valuable and fully automated green house vegetable pest identification and treatment robot system.Main research contents are as follows:(1)We investigated and analyzed the current research and application status of intelligent pest identification and disposal,and confirmed the research orientation of this paper is intelligent pest control of greenhouse vegetables.(2)We studied the method of using convolutional neural network for pest identification and description.On this basis,we proposed the workflow and algorithm of Faster-RCNN.At the same time,we trained the model and did the experimental comparision.(3)We put forward the overall design of the pest control robot,we also established an overall scheme with three degrees freedom mechanical arm supported,by using Faster-RCNN technology pest image recognition and descriptions and by using laser fence to kill pests.Finally,based on the above research contents,we designed a robot prototype for automatic identification of greenhouse pests and laser killing pests,corresponding application experiments were carried out.our proposals should provide scientific methods and feasible paths for realizing harmless and intelligent disposal of agricultural pests. |
