In recent years,due to its unique processing method and finished product effect,the screw extrusion and expansion equipment is now more and more valued by the feed processing industry and the food manufacturing industry.However,during the extrusion and expansion operation,the screw is in a high temperature and high pressure state,and the extrusion and expansion processing In the process of lignin-rich feed materials such as rice and wheat straw,the roots and bottom of the screw are prone to pitting,flaking,and gluing.In this paper,according to the current status of the equipment materials for screw extrusion and expansion processing feed in China,the research on the extrusion and expansion characteristics based on the surface texture technology of the screw is carried out.At the same time,the screw texture is also used to study the forming quality of the prepared feed.To provide technical support for the status quo of demand and to solve the problem of screw textured surface mechanism.The micro-texture shape structure and surface mechanism on the surface of the screw were analyzed,and the continuum assumption principle was used to study the pressure of the material at the bottom of the screw groove,and the pressure F1,pressure P and flow rate Qs of the melting section material at the bottom of the screw groove were established.Expression,determine the surface shape structure of the micro-texture processing in the melting section,and obtain the equation between the minimum pressure of the micro-texturing unit on the screw surface and the micro-texturing structure;the micro-texturing processing model of the melting section is established,and the rice straw blending is obtained.The pressure,fluid traces,and shear stress distribution of the material on the surface of the screw texture verified the rationality of the design of the surface texture treatment of the screw,and at the same time,the comparative analysis method was used to analyze the depth-diameter ratio of the surface texture,The deflection rate and arrangement angle are used to obtain the optimal arrangement structure scheme for each parameter when the fluid passes through the surface microtexture.The feeding speed,screw rotation speed,melt conveying section temperature are variables,and the pressure in the melting section and the swelling degree of feed particles,the forming quality,the powder content,the stability in water,and the texture characteristics of the rice straw feed are the basis for judging the quality of the rice straw feed.,Single-factor test and preparation of screw extrusion puffed rice straw feed were carried out,and a corresponding feed quality testing platform was built.A comprehensive comparative study and analysis of the screw and test feed quality was carried out,and the relationship between feed molding quality and various variables was clearly analyzed in the form of data charts and SEM electron micrographs to further verify the screw micro-texture on the screw The effect of the extruder is that the optimized rice straw feed extrusion parameters are feeding speed 50r/min,screw speed 100r/min,melt conveying section temperature 120?,and the surface micro-texturing screw The preparation of rice straw feed and experimental verification showed that all the indicators of rice straw feed under this process parameter were excellent.
