Heavy metal pollution is becoming more and more serious,which affects the normal growth of plants.Therefore,the selection of plant materials that can grow normally on soil contaminated by heavy metals has attracted much attention.Taking the cutting seedlings of different ploidy Populus ussuriensis Kom clones as the research object,they were treated with different concentrations of CdCl2 and ZnSO4 solutions to simulate cadmium and zinc stress to study the effects of different cadmium and zinc concentrations on three Populus ussuriensis Kom clones.Growth and physiological and biochemical effects.The results are as follows:Under heavy metal cadmium stress,the tree height and ground diameter of the three ploidy Populus ussuriensis Kom clones showed a decreasing trend with the increase of cadmium concentration;at 400 mg/L of cadmium,the tree height and ground diameter of the three ploidy were 0 mg/Compared with L,it decreased significantly(P<0.05),and the percentage of change was triploid(T15)<tetraploid(F08)<diploid(F05);the relative value of MDA content was triploid and diploid The difference is small and the difference is greater than that of tetraploid;the proline content of triploid and tetraploid is higher than that of diploid,and the proline content of triploid is the highest;the chlorophyll content of triploid is significantly higher The contents of the other two types of diploid,diploid and tetraploid,were lower than that of triploid.In summary,the ability of the three ploidy of Populus ussuriensis Kom to resist heavy metal cadmium is:triploid>tetraploid>diploid.Under the stress of heavy metal zinc,the tree height and ground diameter of the three ploidy Populus ussuriensis Kom clones showed a decreasing trend with the increase of zinc concentration.The tree height and ground diameter of zinc at 400 mg/L were significantly higher than those at 0 mg/L.Decrease(P<0.05),the percentage of change in the order of decrease is triploid<tetraploid<diploid,the relative value of MDA content is less difference between triploid and diploid,greater difference from tetraploid,three The CAT/SOD/POD activity of ploidy is higher than that of diploid and tetraploid,so triploid is more resistant than tetraploid and diploid;triploid has the highest chlorophyll content,diploid and tetraploid The leaf moisture content is lower than triploid.In summary,the ability of the three ploidy of Populus ussuriensis Kom to resist heavy metal zinc is:triploid>tetraploid>diploid.
