In this paper,the Bairuiyuan wolfberry in Yinchuan Helan Mountain area of Ningxia was used as the Experimental crop.In order to solve the practical problems such as low water and fertilizer utilization efficiency in the wolfberry park and the unclear relationship between soil water,fertilizer,gas,heat and salt coupling,and yield and quality,the random block test and orthogonal In the experiment,the effects of water-fertilizer-gas-heat coupling,foliar fertilization,and water-fertilizer coupling on the growth,yield and quality of wolfberry were systematically studied to provide theoretical basis and technical support for the management,quality improvement and efficiency of wolfberry.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)The four-factor three-level orthogonal design method was used to study the effect of water,fertilizer,gas and heat coupling on the growth index,physiological index,yield and quality of Ningqi No.1 wolfberry.Through range analysis and analysis of variance,the water,The four factors of fertilizer,gas and heat affect the growth index,physiological index,yield and quality of wolfberry,the order of primary and secondary influence,the change rule of single factor and the significance,and determine the optimal combination plan of each factor.The analysis of the yield of wolfberry in different treatments shows that the order of the four factors affecting the yield of fresh fruit of wolfberry is:irrigation quota(B)>fertilization amount(C)>aeration(A)>root zone temperature(D),irrigation quota and fertilization amount The effect on yield is extremely significant,and soil aeration and root zone temperature have no significant effect on yield.The optimal combination of factors affecting yield in this experiment is A1B1C1Di,that is,deep soil cultivation,irrigation quota is 4815m3/hm2,and the amount of top dressing is high fertilizer(The amount of pure nitrogen is 1395kg/hm2,the amount of pure phosphorus is 360kg/hm2,and the amount of pure potassium is 270kg/hm2.The yield of this optimal combination can reach 9281.55kg/hm2,which is an increase of 25.37%compared with the control.At the same time,the photosynthesis of wolfberry plants is stronger and the fruit quality is better.(2)A two-factor three-level randomized block test was used to select two foliar fertilizers of urea and potassium dihydrogen phosphate.The mixed spraying of different concentrations of foliar fertilizer on the growth index,physiological index,yield and output of Ningqi No.5 wolfberry With regard to the influence of quality,the experiment obtained the single-factor change rule and the optimal combination of the two factors that foliar fertilizer affects the growth index,physiological index,yield and quality of wolfberry,and determined the optimal treatment.Analyze the output of wolfberry in each treatment.When the concentration of urea is constant,the average output of wolfberry corresponding to different concentrations of potassium dihydrogen phosphate is arranged from large to small:medium concentration>low concentration>high concentration;when the concentration of potassium dihydrogen phosphate At a certain time,the average output of wolfberry corresponding to different concentrations of urea is arranged from large to small:medium concentration>high concentration>low concentration,and the effeect of different levels of urea on output is extremely significant.The optimal treatment is T5,that is,urea concentration It is 3g/L and the concentration of potassium dihydrogen phosphate is lg/L.At this time,the maximum output is 8637.84kg/hm2,which is an increase of 30.37%compared with the control.(3)Using a three-factor three-level orthogonal design method,the effects of water and fertilizer and variety combinations on the growth indicators,yield and quality of wolfberry were studied.Through range analysis and variance analysis,the main factors affecting the growth indicators,yield and quality of wolfberry were obtained.The order of secondary influence,the law of single factor change and the significance,the optimal combination plan of each factor is determined.The analysis of the yield of lycium barbarum under different treatments showed that the primary and secondary order of the three factors affecting the yield of lycium barbarum fresh fruit is lycium berry variety(A)>fertilization amount(C)>irrigation quota(B).Lycium berry variety and fertilization amount have a significant impact on yield.Irrigation quota has a significant impact on yield.Taking all factors into consideration,the optimal combination in this experiment is A1B1C1,namely planting Ningqi No.7,when the irrigation quota is 4815m3/hm2,and the amount of topdressing is high fertilizer(pure nitrogen amount 1395kg/hm2,pure phosphorus amount 360kg/hm2,pure potassium 270kg/hm2).At this time,the indicators are relatively good.The optimal combination yield can reach 9068.0kg/hm2,which is 29.18%more than the control.
