Seeds are one of the reproductive organs of plants, its emergence represents the decline of mature plants and the beginning of the growth and development of new plants, which is of great significance to the proliferation of a species.Seed germination is an important stage in the life history of plants, but the germination process is restricted by the characteristics of the seeds and various environmental factors. In this study, the Haloxylon ammodendron seeds were used as the object, the effects of salinity environment and drought stress on the germination of Haloxylon ammodendron seeds were analyzed using the method of artificial climate box and petri dish,on this basis, the effects of the interaction of different concentrations of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium on the germination of Haloxylon ammodendron seeds were investigated by the interaction of salinity environment and drought stress. The results showed that:the mild salinity environment(0.05%,0.15%NaCl)can promote the germination of Haloxylon ammodendron seed. With the increase of NaCl concentration,moderate(0.25%?0.95%NaCl)salinity environment and severe(1%,2%)NaCl stress gradually inhibits Haloxylon ammodendron seed germination;Under clear water conditions, seed soaking with three elements did not promote seed germination; After soaking treatment of the three elements, the overall germination rate, germination potential and germination index of the mild(0.05%?0.25%NaCl)salinity environment were reduced, and as the concentration of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium increased, the inhibitory effect was more obvious.A few treatments can increase the germination potential of seeds,0.5%urea treatment improved the germination of seeds in 0.25%NaCl environment;Under high concentration(2%)NaCl stress, the three treatments greatly alleviated the stress of the stress on the seeds and significantly increased the seed germination rate;Moisture is an indispensable condition for the seed germination stage, and the seed germination rate decreases rapidly with the increase of drought stress;Seed soaking can significantly improve seed germination under drought stress;Studying the response of Haloxylon ammodendron seed germination to NaCl salinity environment and drought stress after soaking N,P,and K elements can improve our understanding of the germination strategy and impact mechanism of Haloxylon ammodendron seeds. For the improvement and utilization of large-area saline soil and desert saline The cultivation and cultivation of Haloxylon ammodendron in the chemical region provide a theoretical and scientific basis.
