Study On Digital Management System Of Small Pig Farms In North China

In order to solve the current extensive management of small-scale pig farms in China,lack of systematic management,unable to standardize,process and other problems,this topic takes Inner Mongolia Agricultural University Hailiutu modern pig farm(hereinafter referred to as Hailiutu modern pig farm)as Research objects,comprehensive analysis of its feeding process and digital management needs,as a starting point to build a small-scale pig farm digital management system.The system includes six basic modules including basic data,pig management,sow management,feed management,drug management and environmental monitoring,as well as two key modules for statistical analysis and intelligent early warning.Based on the Django framework and the Python programming language,the system structure functions are realized,and the management of all aspects of breeding is digitalized.Among them,the statistical analysis module performs dynamic analysis on data such as mortality,delivery rate,disease status,and non-productive days(NPD)of pig farms,providing intelligent decision-making information for pig production management and improving production efficiency and economic benefits.The intelligent early warning module intelligently reminds the important time nodes of breeding,which further improves the precise management ability of the breeding link.The system development uses the Web 2.0 technology platform,with a structured development method and object-oriented thinking,based on the B/S(browser/server)architecture pattern and Django as the web development framework,with Python 3.0 as the background development language,and SQLite relational type selected.The database acts as a back-end database server,and combines HTML,CSS,JS and other development tools to achieve system front-end development.The management system has the following functions:(1)Mainly realize the production management of pig farms and the digital management of pig data,including basic data management of pig farms,sow management,pig management,medicine management,feed management and environmental monitoring,etc.,to achieve information search,addition and editing,Batch delete,Excel export and print.(2)Smart tips on sow estrus,breeding,initial inspection,re-examination,delivery and weaning.(3)Statistics on production data such as birth rate,mortality,farrowing situation,disease status,sow non-productive days(NPD)analysis and cause of death elimination,etc.are performed on the farm,and graphic analysis functions are implemented.In summary,the system provides data support for pig farm breeding,promotes standardized operation of pig farms,realizes digital management of all production links of pig farms,improves the information management level of pig farm breeding,and makes pig farms achieve better economics.Benefits and social benefits.
