China is a country with frequent agricultural pests and diseases.The occurrence of agricultural pests and diseases will lead to the reduction of production and poor harvest of agricultural products.With the rapid development of network,information technology and mobile media technology,the requirements of agricultural informatization are gradually increasing.Therefore,how to use modern scientific and technological means to accurately predict and reasonably control agricultural diseases and insect pests in Inner Mongolia has more important significance for modern agriculture.This paper develops and completes the prediction and diagnosis system of crop diseases and insect pests in Inner Mongolia for the main crop varieties such as corn,wheat,and potatoes.The system is based on the three-tier architecture of B/S,adopts the MVT development model,and uses the powerful integration capabilities of Python language to make the system reflect the characteristics of simple operation,friendly interface and convenient access.Its main functions include:query and browsing of agricultural pest information in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,prediction of pests and diseases,diagnosis of pest information and data comparison.Specific research contents include:1.By analyzing the relationship between the incidence of corn borer pests and meteorological information factors,the corn borer in Chifeng area of Inner Mongolia was taken as the research object,and the prediction model was established by multiple regression method.The learning algorithm is trained on 30 sets of training samples and tested on 6 sets of test samples.The test results show that the model has high accuracy in the prediction of corn borer in Chifeng area.2.The method of establishing multiple regression prediction models of corn borer pests in Chifeng area by using open source libraries such as Sklearn and Pytorch in Python is studied.3.Completed the functional module design and database design of the Inner Mongolia Agricultural Pests and Diseases Prediction and Diagnosis System based on WEB technology using the Django framework in Python language.The completion of the system solves the problems of lack of information and diagnosis platform for agricultural pests and diseases in Inner Mongolia,the successful experience and information of many agricultural pests and diseases cannot be effectively shared,and the forecast of corn borer pests in Chifeng.
