The release of fishery resources is an important way to take effective measures to protect and multiply marine living resources through manual intervention.This article discusses the suitability of breeding release from five major links,including the planning of the early release,the cultivation of the target species juveniles,the process of transportation to the sea area,the breeding of the breeding target species in the sea area,and the later maintenance of the breeding target species.The laboratory simulated the changes in physical activity and physiological indicators of rocky reef fish release seedlings during transportation,shaking,etc.,on-site investigation of the initial survival rate of sea seedlings and the suitability of environmental factors for complex habitats,using genes Sequencing methods have studied the composition of the gut microbial community structure and its correlation with environmental factors.In addition,the suitability of engineering such as the creation and protection of habitats was explored,with a view to providing a scientific basis for the practice of the proliferation and release of reef fish.guide.The main research results are summarized as follows(1)The suitability of the middle transportation of juvenile black sea bream release was studied through field simulation and laboratory experiments.The results showed that reducing the frequency and range of environmental conditions changes can help reduce the stress on fish.It should not exceed the water temperature under indoor cultivation conditions,preferably 21?-25?,which can be lower than the water temperature under indoor cultivation conditions,but the temperature difference should not exceed 4?,and the shaking frequency during transportation should not exceed 105 rpm-1(2)The suitability of environmental factors between rocky fish seedlings and complex habitats on the site was explored by measuring the environmental factors of different habitats in the target sea area and the bacterial community in the water body.The results showed that the dominant bacterial flora of planktonic bacteria in the sea area of Luhua Island was Proteobacteria Proteobacteria,Bacteroidetes,Actinomycetes,Cyanobacteria,among which Proteobacteria is the largest,mainly by ?-proteobacteria,?-proteobacteria.There are similarities in bacterial community composition and differences in the number of probiotics between the three habitats of the mussel culture area,seaweed farm and open sea in Luhua Island.The probiotic content of the seaweed farm is higher among the three habitats.Habitat types are different from the perspective of bacterial community composition,and individuals of different body length groups have different suitable living environments.Finally,considering the factors such as intestinal flora of reef fish and water environment factors,the seaweed field is the most suitable place for releasing reef fish(3)According to the characteristics of suitable habitat types of reef fishes and the characteristics of offshore environment,a habitat restoration reef body for protecting the release of proliferating reef fish is designed:it can be placed along the coastline in the sea,which can be freely assembled and conducive to The algae reefs attached to seaweeds form an intricate structure inside the hollow of the reef body,which provides a variety of habitats and shelters for fishes and improves the effect of proliferation and release.
