In this study,the broad-leaved Korean pine forest plot in Changbai Mountain was used as the platform,and the seedlings with DBH?1 cm were taken as the research object.Based on the 2-year seedling,environmental data and plot vegetation survey data,exploring the seedling species composition and the time dynamic law of growth,using the generalized linear mixed model to test the impact of environmental factors on seedling abundance pattern and survival.The results showed that: In the original broad-leaved pine forest of,the species of seedlings surveyed each year were all within the vegetation survey of the large plot.There had a little difference of the species composition between years,but the number of seedlings changed greatly between years and months.Most dominant species had a large number of seedlings,there were still a several kinds of seedlings that their big trees belong to dominant species,but the number of seedlings investigated was small.For different species of seedlings,the distribution range was different in each plot,even for the same species of seedlings,the number distribution was also different in different plot.In addition,there were some differences in the height growth of different seedlings,to some excent,the height growth law reflects the ecological characteristics of the species and its status in the plot;dispersal limitation and habitat filtration jointly affected the abundance pattern of seedlings.The effects of biotic and abiotic environmental factors on seedling abundance pattern varied from species to species.The changes of seedling abundance pattern caused by dispersal limitation were verified in this study,abiotic environments such as soil moisture associated with habitat filtration had significant effects on seedling abundance pattern;the temperate forests had negative density dependence effect.Both biological environment and abiotic environment affected the survival of seedlings,and the relative importance of the influence changed with species and age.In addition,our results confirmed the negative density dependence effect and niche mechanism on seedling survival,providing a theoretical basis for the maintenance mechanism of species diversity in temperate forests.
