In order to understand the relationship between the distribution pattern of carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus ontent and ecological stoichiometric ratio of vegetation in pine forest system, the scientific theoretical basis was provided for the protection of natural pine forest and cultivation of artificial pine forest. In this paper, pine forests of different forest ages and stands in Shanxi Province were taken as the research object to systematically study the carbon, nitrogen, phosphorus and stoichiometry of different layers of vegetation and soil, the correlation between soil and pinus tabulaeformis, and the ecological stoichiometry. The conclusions are as follows:(1)The content of C and P in the arbour layer and litter layer of pine forest ecosystem increased with the increase of age.The content of C and P of each component in artificial pine forest is always higher than that in natural pine forest. The content of C,N and P in leaves was highest in different stands of Pinus tabulaeformis. The content of C in each component of shrub layer and vegetation layer is much higher than that of N and P,and the content of N and P in shrub leaf is greater than that in herb leaf.(2)The variation of C/N and C/P of several components in Pine forest with the age of the forest was opposite to the variation of N and P content. The C/N and C/P in litter increased with the growth of forest age.The N/P of the natural pine forest was higher than that of the artificial pine forest, and the artificial pine forest could promote the nutrient release better than that of the natural pine forest. In shrub layer and herb layer, the variation of C/N content and P content is opposite, while the variation of C/P content and N content is opposite.(3)The variation rules of C,N and P in the soil layer were consistent in different forest ages. The content of C,N and P in the soil was the highest in the 0-10 cm layer, followed by 10-20 cm and 20-30 cm layer, and the content in the 50-100 cm layer was the lowest. The content of C,N and P in soil of natural forest is higher than that of artificial forest. The values of Soil C/N and C/P are both smaller than the national average, while the N/P value is larger than the average value of Soil N/P in China. There is no synergy between N and P in the soil layer.(4)Restricted nutrients were different in pinus tabulaeformis from different origins. The limiting elements of leaf growth in artificial forests are C and P,while those in natural forests and root growth are N and P.(5)N content in soil is correlated with P content, and N and P have good synergy and consistency.Soil and soil, soil and plants, plants and plants have some significant correlation.Stand origin has an effect on the correlation between elements or ratios of elements.(6)The origin of the stand in the study area has a certain effect on the internal stability between different organs of plants. On the whole, the internal stability of element C in artificial pine forest was higher than that in natural pine forest, and the internal stability of N,P and C/N in natural pine forest was higher than that in artificial pine forest.
