In order to reveal the structure characteristics of plankton community in different types of water bodies in Guiyang area,this study was divided into four seasons which respectively were May,August,November and January of 2020(representing spring,summer,autumn and winter,respectively).A total of 25sampling points were set up for representative rivers,lakes,and reservoirs in Guiyang City(10 sampling points for the rivers in Guiyang section of Wujiang river,3sampling points for Qingyan River,3 sampling points for Baihua Lake,and 3sampling points at Lake Aha,3 sampling points at Wujiangdu Reservoir,and 3sampling points at Huaxi Reservoir)to conduct the plankton 1st anniversary sampling.The survey content was the mainly component of plankton species,dominant species,existing stock and diversity.The aim was to provide theoretical basis for environmental governance and fishery development of different types of water bodies in Guiyang,and provide basic resources for future analysis of plankton population succession and the development trend of plankton population.The main findings were as follows:1.Structural characteristics of planktonic communities in river water bodies in GuiyangA total of 222 and 95 species of phytoplankton were detected in the Guiyang section of the Wujiang River and Qingyan River respectively.The average density and average biomass of phytoplankton in Guiyang section of Wujiang River were 174.229×10~4ind/L and 5.71mg/L,and the average density of phytoplankton in Qingyan River was 160.396×10~4ind/L and 9.82mg/L.The seasonal changes of plant density and biomass were higher in spring and summer than in autumn and winter.The annual average of the phytoplankton diversity index of the Guiyang section of the Wujiang River was 2.567,and the average of the evenness index was 0.767;the annual average of the richness index was 4.068,and the average of the phytoplankton diversity index of Qingyan River was 3.0,and the average of the evenness index was 0.87.The annual richness index average was 4.04.Based on the comprehensive evaluation of three diversity indices,the river and Qingyan river in Guiyang section of Wujiang River were slightly polluted.Based on the analysis of the correlation between environmental factors and the situation biodiversity and population density,the main environmental factor affecting the phytoplankton biocenosis structure of rivers in Guiyang was dissolved oxygen Volume,water temperature,transparency,and total phosphorus.A total of 116 species and 38 species of zooplankton were detected in the Guiyang section of the Wujiang River and Qingyan River.The average density and average biomass of zooplankton in the Guiyang section of Wujiang River were11.2875ind/L and 0.4877mg/L,and the average density and average biomass of zooplankton in Qingyan River were 3.67ind/L and 0.1mg/L.The highest amount was in spring.The annual average of the zooplankton diversity index of the river in the Guiyang section of Wujiang River was 1.303,and the average of the evenness index was 0.705;the annual average of the richness index was 2.028.The annual average of the zooplankton diversity index of the Qingyan River was 1.2;the annual average of the evenness index was 0.91;and the annual average of the richness index was 1.67.Based on the analysis of the correlation between environmental factors and the situation biodiversity and population density,the main environmental factors affecting the phytoplankton biocenosis structure of rivers in Guiyang were water temperature and total phosphorus.2.Structural characteristics of planktonic communities in lake water bodies in GuiyangA total of 144 and 127 species of phytoplankton were detected in Baihua Lake and Aha Lake.The average density and average biomass of phytoplankton in Baihua Lake were 2468.8×10~4ind/L and 16.3mg/L.The average density and average biomass of phytoplankton in Aha Lake were 698.82×10~4ind/L and 7.47mg/L.The seasonal variation of density and biomass was higher in spring and summer than in autumn and winter.The annual average of the phytoplankton diversity index of Baihua Lake was 2.63,the annual average of the evenness index was 0.75,the annual average of the richness index was 3.98,the annual average of the phytoplankton diversity index of Lake Aha was 2.1,the annual average was 0.63,and the annual richness index on average was 3.35.According to the comprehensive evaluation of the three diversity indices,Baihua Lake and Aha Lake were in the state of moderate pollution-severe pollution and were in the state of middle-eutrophication.Combined with the analysis of the correlation between environmental factors and the situation biodiversity and population density,the main environmental factor affecting the phytoplankton biocenosis structure of lake types in Guiyang was transparency,dissolved oxygen,total alkalinity,total nitrogen,and nitrite.A total of 79 and 89 species of zooplankton were detected in Baihua Lake and Aha Lake.The average density and average biomass of zooplankton in Baihua Lake were 19.25ind/L and 0.14mg/L,the average density and average biomass of zooplankton in Aha Lake were 29.71ind/L and 0.88mg/L.The density and biomass of zooplankton in lakes were highest in spring and summer.The annual average of the zooplankton diversity index of Baihua Lake was 1.76,the annual average of the evenness index was 0.79,and the annual average of the richness index was 2.95.The annual average of the zooplankton diversity index of Lake Aha was 1.78,the annual average of the evenness index was 0.88,and the annual average of the richness index was 2.44.Based on the analysis of the correlation between environmental factors and the situation biodiversity and population density,the main environmental factors affecting the phytoplankton biocenosis structure of lake in Guiyang were Water temperature,transparency,dissolved oxygen,total phosphorus,salinity,total hardness and nitrite.3.Structural characteristics of planktonic communities in reservoir water bodies in GuiyangA total of 157 and 119 species of phytoplankton were detected in Wujiangdu Reservoir and Huaxi Reservoir.The average density and average biomass of phytoplankton in Wujiangdu Reservoir were 194.8×10~4ind/L and 4.16mg/L.The average density and average biomass of phytoplankton in Huaxi Reservoir were301.26×10~4ind/L and 4.52mg/L.The seasonal variation of density and biomass was higher in spring and summer than in autumn and winter.The annual average of the phytoplankton diversity index of Wujiangdu Reservoir was 2.34,the average of the evenness index was 0.71,the annual richness index was 3.82,the annual average of the phytoplankton diversity index of Huaxi Reservoir was 2.41,the average of the evenness index was 0.72,and the annual average of the richness index was 3.62.According to the comprehensive evaluation of three diversity indices,the water bodies of Wujiangdu Reservoir and Huaxi Reservoir were light-moderate pollution and middle-eutrophication.Combined with the analysis of the correlation between environmental factors and the situation biodiversity and population density,the main environmental factor affecting the phytoplankton biocenosis structure of lake types in Guiyang was water temperature,dissolved oxygen,transparency,salinity,total dissolved solids,conductivity,and total alkalinity.A total of 70 and 73 zooplankton species were detected in Wujiangdu Reservoir and Huaxi Reservoir.The average density and average biomass of zooplankton in Wujiangdu Reservoir were 18.58ind/L and 0.57mg/L,the average density and average biomass of zooplankton in Huaxi Reservoir were 21.625ind/L and 1.087mg/L.The density and biomass of zooplankton in reservoir water bodies were highest in spring and lowest in winter.The annual average of the zooplankton diversity index of Wujiangdu Reservoir was 1.5,the average of the evenness index was 0.78,the annual richness index was 2.32,the annual average of the zooplankton diversity index of Huaxi Reservoir was 1.74,and the average of the evenness index was 0.83,the annual richness index was 2.89.Based on the analysis of the correlation between environmental factors and the situation biodiversity and population density,the main environmental factor affecting the zooplankton biocenosis structure of Guiyang reservoir type water bodies was water temperature,transparency,dissolved oxygen and nitrite.4.Structural differences of planktonic communities in different types of water bodiesThe species composition of phytoplankton in different types of water body wasbasically similar,the density and biomass of phytoplankton were dominated by diatoms and chlorophyta,and the seasonal variation of density and biomass was higher in spring and summer than in autumn and winter.The complexity of community structure and species distribution pattern were the highest in spring and summer,and the richness of phytoplankton species was the highest in autumn.The complexity of phytoplankton community structure and species distribution pattern were the highest in autumn and winter,and the species richness was the highest in summer.In summer and autumn,the complexity of phytoplankton community structure was the highest,the species distribution pattern was the most uniform,and the species richness was the highest.The species composition of zooplankton was mainly composed of Protozoan andRotifer,and their species composition was similar.The seasonal variation of density and biomass was higher in Spring and summer than in autumn and winter.The complexity of community structure and species richness of zooplankton were the highest in spring and summer,and the distribution of individual numbers among species was the most uniform.The complexity of zooplankton community structure and species richness were the highest in
