Facial Recognition Of Golden Monkey Based On Attention Mechanism

The golden monkey is a Class I protected animal,and has great research value in biological evolution and population structure.Research on golden monkeys needs to be based on accurate identification of individuals.However,the traditional recognition method is inefficient and low in accuracy,and cannot quickly and accurately identify golden monkeys.With the development of computer vision technology,it has become possible to apply computer vision technology to golden monkey facial recognition.Convolutional Neural Network(CNN),a deep learning network,has achieved great success in image processing,image classification and other fields.Aiming at the problem of golden monkey recognition,this paper will use convolutional neural network based on attention mechanism for golden monkey face recognition.This article first introduces the background and significance of golden monkey facial recognition,and then expounds the development status of facial recognition and explains the innovation of this article.Then,the development history of convolutional neural networks and the basic structure of convolutional neural networks are introduced.The attention mechanism is explained in detail,and the fusion strategy of deep features is introduced.Then,the golden monkey data set and golden monkey face images are analyzed,and on this basis,RAP-Net and Tri-Attention algorithms are proposed.Finally,a golden monkey facial recognition system was implemented based on Java Web.(1)Starting from the golden monkey data set,this paper analyzes the characteristics and difficulties of the golden monkey data set,and analyzes the regional features of the golden monkey face image.Based on the golden monkey image analysis,this paper proposes the RAP-Net algorithm.The algorithm first uses the maximum inter-class variance method to preprocess the image,and combines spatial attention mechanism and channel attention mechanism for golden monkey recognition.The spatial attention mechanism is used to pay attention to the region of the golden monkey and extract features,and the channel attention mechanism is used to focus on the channel dimension.The effectiveness of the algorithm is verified by comparison experiments.(2)For the golden monkey individuals with extremely high similarity,this paper proposes the Tri-Attention algorithm.The algorithm uses a spatial attention mechanism to pay attention to the global features,local features,and salient features of golden monkey face images.Aiming at the global characteristics of golden monkeys,an object area attention model was proposed.For the other two features,a local area attention model and a salient area attention model are proposed respectively.Finally,the features of different granularities are fused to improve the accuracy of classification.(3)Generate a model based on the above algorithm.In this paper,a golden monkey facial recognition system is implemented based on Java Web.This system can realize picture uploading and downloading,picture pre-processing,model loading and recognition,etc.,so users can obtain golden monkey individual information in real time.
