Spraying and greening technology is becoming an important technical means in more and more industrial and mining road cuttings and other construction projects that involve slope vegetation restoration,and the development and research of spraying matrix materials is the foundation and important technical link of spraying and greening.At the same time,planting apple trees is a characteristic industry that raises farmers' income in many places.The large number of branches produced by pruning apple trees every winter lacks effective ways to reuse them.In order to enrich the reuse of apple tree branches and develop new environmentally friendly substrate materials,this study uses apple tree pruning in winter as a raw material,through a series of pure physical mechanical processing to obtain sprayed wood fiber,supplemented by 5 kinds of additional materials Through orthogonal test and determination of multiple indexes,the formulation of apple tree branch wood fiber spraying matrix was selected.The research results are as follows:(1)In order to detect whether the apple tree fiber has a certain impact resistance,a parallel comparison impact test was carried out on the wood fiber.The result proves that the fiber has a relatively stable impact resistance within a slope of 30 degrees,which is processed by pure physical processing The obtained high proportion of apple tree fiber is feasible as a spraying substrate;(2)Orthogonal experiments were used to study the effects of 5 kinds of added materials on plant growth,soil characteristics and impact resistance.The optimal matrix formulation for each index can at most increase the vegetation coverage by 13.2% and plant dry weight by 7.0%.Plant height is 8.4%,relative decrease in soil bulk density is 21.3%,relative increase in soil total porosity is 3.6% and maximum soil water holding capacity is 24.5%;(3)The optimal formula selected by the comprehensive queuing scoring method and the comprehensive weighted evaluation method is A3B2C3D4E3,that is,the amount of 5 kinds ofadditional materials and the mass percentage of wood fiber are: factor A(sodium carboxymethyl cellulose)1.5%,factor B(Sodium-based bentonite)1.75%,factor C(Span 80)1.25%,factor D(water retention agent)2.5%,(factor E)glutinous rice glue 1.5%.
