| Subsoiling and straw return to the field belong to the category of conservation tillage and are widely used in China’s agricultural production.Subsoiling refers to a deep tillage method that uses loose soil shovel and other loose soil agricultural tools to loosen the soil without overturning the soil layer.It can break the bottom of the plow and the white pulp layer,deepen the cultivated layer,and mature the subsoil,which is beneficial to the growth of crop roots.Returning straw to the field is a fertility-enhancing measure that is generally valued in the world today.It can avoid the atmospheric pollution caused by burning straw,and increase fertilizer and yield.As the state’s subsidies for subsoil and straw return to the field have become more and more intensive,there has also been a growing phenomenon of deceiving state subsidies.The traditional method of monitoring the depth of the subsoil and the coverage of the straw is time-consuming,labor-intensive,inefficient,and it is also easy to breed corruption.It is increasingly necessary to develop a system that can measure the depth of the subsoil and the coverage of the straw,while providing easy access to the measurement data.In this paper,the method of measuring the depth of subsoiling and the coverage of straw are taken as the main research object,the dual-angle sensor scheme is proposed to measure the depth of deep pine,the monocular camera is used to take straw pictures to calculate straw coverage.This article uses the microprocessor with ARM as the core to collect the data of each module and send the data to the upper computer after processing.Users can view the measurement data by accessing the upper computer,and provide technical means for implementing the national protective farming subsidy.The main research contents of this article are as follows:(1)The research analyzes the method of measuring the depth of subsoil.According to the movement law of the rear three-point suspension device and the working process of the subsoiler,a comprehensive comparison of existing deep subsoil depth measurement technologies and methods is presented,and a measurement scheme of a dual angle sensor is proposed.A comparative analysis is made on the attitude sensor algorithm of the angle sensor,and the quaternion attitude solution method is determined.Finally,the reliability of the method for measuring the depth of deep subsoil is verified by experiments.(2)The research analyzes the method of measuring straw coverage.Analyze the taken straw pictures,find out the image distortion problem,and comprehensively compare the existing straw coverage measurement methods,and put forward the straw coverage measurement scheme in this paper.Firstly,an inverse mapping model is established,and the grayscale image after color space distance graying and histogram equalization is combined for bilinear interpolation,so that the ratio of straw in the image is closer to the true ratio,and the problem of image distortion is solved.The image part used for straw recognition is cut out,and threshold segmentation is performed using Otsu algorithm to calculate the straw coverage.Finally,the reliability of the measurement method of straw coverage is verified by experiments.(3)Design and develop a monitoring system for the depth of subsoiling and straw coverage.This paper completes the software and hardware design of the submersible machine terminal and the design of the upper computer.Finally,the system function is verified through experiments. |
