Research On The Development Of Forestry Inclusive Financial Products "Yilin Loan" And Its Influencing Factors

In recent years,with the deepening development of the forestry industry,forestry loans as an innovative mechanism for forestry financing,the amount of capital investment has increased year by year.With the cooperation of the Mingxi County Government and the Mingxi County Forestry Bureau,the Mingxi County Rural Credit Cooperative created the first inclusive financial loan "Yilin Loan" in Fujian Province,allowing borrowers to use their own ecological public welfare forests and the right to compensation income of natural commercial forests,as a pledge guarantee for loan applications,to apply for funds for forestry production,effectively increase the financing channels of forest households,and help rural financial reform and forestry development.However,"Yilin Loan" still has deficiencies in its development and promotion.Under this background,this paper used the business data of "Yilin loan" and other relevant materials,and used various analysis methods such as survey analysis,field surveys,and logistic regression model analysis to analyze the current status and existence of "Yilin loan".It is of great practical and theoretical significance to conduct research on problems and influencing factors to fill in the deficiencies of existing research.The research process of this article were as follows: first,this article summarized the research background and significance,domestic and foreign research progress,research methods and content,introduced related concepts and theoretical basis;and then,combined the status of forestry in Mingxi County and the rural credit cooperative in Mingxi County Related business development analysis of the "Yilin loan" business development status;on this basis,combined with field visits and case analysis of five townships in Mingxi County,and "Yilin loan" business data in the past three years,analysis The promotion effect and shortcomings of "Yilin loan" on forestry development and forestry management;using the results of the questionnaire survey,using Logistic regression model analysis method to study the factors that affect the forestry farmers’ "Yilin loan",empirical analysis included the foresthousehold age,Nine variables such as family size and forest land area have a significant relationship with whether the forest households are willing to apply for "Yilin loan",and draw up countermeasures and suggestions on related issues to promote the sustainable promotion and development of "Yilin loan" and help forest farmers solve the funds The question provided certain reference opinions for the exploration of forestry loans by governments at all levels and forestry-related departments.The study found that: First,the five factors of forest household age,family size,number of family labor force,family forest land area and previous credit loans have a significant impact on forest households’ willingness to apply for "Yi Lin loan".The higher the age of the forest households and the greater the number of family labor,the lower the forest households’ willingness to apply.Second,"Yi Lin loan" currently has problems such as insufficient effective supply of loans,incomplete coverage of product promotion,defects in credit team capabilities,difficulty in handling bad loans,and inability of forestry insurance to adapt to business development.Third,in order to promote the development and reform of the "Yilin Loan" business and promote the coordinated development of the forestry economy and forestry loans,it is necessary to increase product promotion,strengthen forestry education and training,strengthen forestry knowledge training for credit practitioners,and call on the government to continue to help and support,strengthen the construction of credit townships,continue to deepen and improve forestry insurance,and improve the forest rights transaction circulation platform.
