Aiming at the problems of severe soil desertification,loss of soil nutrients,decline of fertility and deterioration of farmland environment in this area,this paper aims to improve the soil quality of this area and improve the ecological environment of farmland soil.The changes of soil nutrients and biological characteristics under the conditions of four planting modes(continuous peanut(control),continuous corn,corn-peanut rotation,peanut-corn rotation)were studied.The main results obtained are as follows:Compared with the control(peanut continuous cropping),the other three planting modes can significantly improve the soil physical and chemical properties,of which corn continuous cropping has the best effect on reducing soil wind erosion,which is 62.02% lower than the control;cm)The effect of soil moisture content is the best,which is increased by 25.52% compared with the control;overall,the corn-peanut rotation(0 ? 20 cm,20 ? 40 cm soil layer)soil p H,organic matter,total nitrogen,total phosphorus,The effects of total potassium,alkali-decomposed nitrogen,available phosphorus,and available potassium content are the best,increasing by 1.79% ? 2.25%,6.39% ? 25.44%,12.52% ? 14.72%,13.72% ? 15.59%,8.95% ? 10.72%,6.44% ? 9.06%,21.00% ? 27.40%,7.45% ? 5.72%.Compared with the control,the corn-peanut rotation model had significant effects on improving soil catalase,phosphatase,sucrase,and protease,and increased 17.72% ? 19.61%,10.16% ? 15.75%,33.33% ? 34.04% respectively,20.21% ? 21.87%;the peanut-corn rotation system has a significant effect on improving soil lipase and urease activities,increasing by 4.98% ? 5.11% and 34.98% ? 36.97% respectively.Compared with the control,the other three planting modes can significantly increase the soil microbial biomass carbon,nitrogen and phosphorus content(0 ? 20 cm,20 ? 40 cm soil layer).The effect of corn-peanut rotation is the best,which is better Increased by 20.71% ? 24.17%,35.22% ? 36.40%,52.27% ? 59.96%.The vertical distribution characteristics of the contents of various chemical and biological indicators of the soil showed a d ownward trend with increasing soil depth.The soil MBC / MBN,MBC / SOC,MBN / TN,and MBP / TP ratios varied in the range of 8.67% ? 11.18%,38.42% ? 46.07%,35.07% ? 57.56%,20.63% ? 55.94% under different treatments.The distribution characteristics of the ratio in different planting modes and different soil depths are obviously different.Correlation analysis showed that the soil p H,N,P,and K contents were significantly or very significantly positively correlated with soil biological indicators(P <0.05 or P <0.01),and soil organic matter was significantly or very significantly positively correlated with soil microbial biomass indicators The relationship(P <0.01)was not significantly related to the soil enzyme activity index(P <0.05 or P <0.01).The paper has 23 pictures,11 tables,and 140 references.
