With the continuous improvement of the level of agricultural mechanization,the intelligentization of agricultural machinery has attracted more and more attention from countries around the world.It applies information technology to agricultural machinery,and researches and develops "smart agricultural machinery" that integrates informationization,intelligence,and networking.,Which has attracted the attention of many researchers.Crop straw is an important renewable resource.Due to its large output and large volume,storage,storage and transportation are the key factors restricting its comprehensive utilization.The comprehensive recovery and utilization of crop straw through related technologies and methods of intelligent smart agricultural machinery will promote the promotion of straw.Comprehensive utilization and sustainable development of agriculture are of great significance.Based on the in-depth study of the path planning model,this paper builds the positioning-ration model of the path planning operation of smart agricultural machinery in the straw recycling industry,and selects and optimizes it,and applies the optimized intelligent agricultural machinery positioning-ration model to practice.The specific research work is as follows:(1)The research aims to reduce the comprehensive cost of straw recycling,comprehensively consider the mechanical path of recycling straw and the conflict of operations,and construct a multiple straw farming recycling path model with time window for multiple smart agricultural machines without duplication.The straw recycling problem comes down to the solution of the traveling salesman problem;(2)Based on the ant colony algorithm,the state transition probability and information elements are updated to improve the speed and accuracy of the model;(3)Taking the corn field near Qianhanjia Village in Nong'an County,Jilin Province as an application example,GPS positioning and MCU collect position information,coordinate transformation of the collected data,and solve by model algorithm,the results show that: straw recycling machine with time window Compared with the traditional path model,the optimized path is more accurate,and the path is shortened by about 12%,and the model is suitable for multi-machine collaborative operation.In practical applications,it can improve agricultural machinery work and reduce agricultural machinery operating costs;(4)Design and establish a intelligent agricultural machinery positioning and distribution system that takes straw recycling as an example.Applying the system to production can provide farmers,recycling enterprises and government departments with an optimal path for intelligent agricultural machinery to recycle straw and improve the efficiency of agricultural machinery.
