At present,"precision agriculture" is a research hotspot in agricultural production.With the continuous development of computer information technology and sensor technology,agricultural production efficiency has been improved,the costs of production have been reduced,and innovation in scientific and technological means has strongly promoted the modernization of agricultural production.And intelligent.Variable spraying technology is a research hotspot in smart agriculture,and some variable spraying systems have been put into agricultural production.However,the current variable spray control system has certain disadvantages.In view of this situation,this paper designs a new variable spray control system based on the STM32 controller,and conducts in-depth research and discussion on the precise variable spray control algorithm.This paper designs the overall scheme of the variable spray system.Through specific analysis of the system's actual functions and working parameter requirements,the spray control scheme of the variable spray operation system is determined.The composition and working principle of the variable spraying system.Secondly,the variable spraying decision subsystem and spraying control subsystem are designed in this paper.The hardware design,software flow and control algorithm and simulation of the variable spraying control subsystem are studied in depth.Based on the standard genetic optimization algorithm,this paper proposes a truncated mean roulette selection operator and introduces adaptive crossover and mutation operators to form an improved genetic algorithm,which improves the search efficiency and local optimization capabilities of the algorithm.An improved genetic algorithm was used to optimize the PID(Proportion-Integration-Differentiation)control parameters,and an improved genetic PID control algorithm was formed to regulate the opening size of the electric valve of the actuator to achieve the purpose of variable spraying.In order to verify the effectiveness of the method proposed in this paper,field variable spraying system tests were carried out with maize as the operating object.The test includes the system design and real-time analysis,and is divided into a spray amount control test and a system response time test.The analysis of the test results shows that the variable spray system designed in this paper has high control accuracy,fast response speed,and good real-time performance.It can provide theoretical basisand technical support for the field application of variable spray system,which can reduce the amount of spray and reduce environmental impact Pollution,improving the quality of agricultural products,has important economic and social benefits.
