Corn is one of China's important grain products,and its output accounts for about 22% of the country's total grain output.In recent years,the development of China's grain processing industry and animal husbandry has been relatively rapid,increasing the demand for corn,which has gradually increased the area of corn planting preparation.However,the quality of the planting environment is often determined by manual methods or on-site measurement using test instruments,and lacks automatic remote monitoring methods.The occurrence of pests and diseases of crops will directly affect the quality and yield of crops.In China,with the growing area of corn planting,Asian corn borer has become the main factor that harms the increase of corn production.It is understood that the corn borer damage phenomenon has occurred in corn grown in 11 provinces in China,resulting in a significant reduction in corn production,with the highest yield reduction reaching 51.6% and the lowest yield reduction by 17.5%.However,at this stage there is a lack of a remote monitoring system that specifically predicts the occurrence of Asian corn borer disasters in order to achieve early warning and control of pests.In view of the above deficiencies,this paper designs an Asian corn borer monitoring system that can realize remote monitoring of corn planting environment and predict the occurrence of Asian corn borer.This system consists of corn field data collection terminal,Asian corn borer prediction model and host computer monitoring software.The corn field data collection terminal collects weather information in the corn planting environment through wind direction sensor,wind speed sensor,soil temperature and humidity sensor,light temperature and humidity sensor,rain gauge,camera module and CO2 sensor,and uses the Zig Bee module to collect the data of each child node of the terminal Gathered to the main node of the terminal,and finally transmitted the data to the host computer monitoring software through the 4G communication module.Based on the data collected in the field and the rate of corn worms and other information,a prediction model of Asian corn borer was built using Python to achieve the prediction of the occurrence of Asian corn borer.Using the PC monitoring software to display the collected data in real time,and import the processed data into the established Asian corn borer forecasting model,which can accurately predict the Asian corn borer plant rate,and achieve remote monitoring of corn growth environment data and Prediction and warning of Asian corn borer disaster.In order to test the accuracy and reliability of the system,laboratory tests and field tests were performed.The laboratory test results show that,except that the rain gauge is measured by an artificial observation rain gauge,which results in low monitoring accuracy of the sensors,the monitoring accuracy of the other sensors is more than 96%,which meets the needs of system measurement accuracy.The 4G communication module has stable communication and accurate and reliable transmission data.8 Zig Bee modules can realize self-organizing network,and the transmission data is accurate and the communication quality is stable.The field test results show that the sensor monitoring accuracy of each node of the corn field data collection terminal is more than 96%.The corn field data collection terminal designed in this paper can meet the requirements of the system for collecting various data of corn plantation and meet the needs of system design.The sensor data collected by each node of the corn field data collection terminal can be accurately and completely transmitted to the host computer monitoring software.The minimum prediction accuracy of the Asian corn borer prediction model established is over 84%,and the prediction result is more accurate.This article uses the Internet of Things technology and the host computer software to realize the remote monitoring of the corn planting environment and the prediction of the occurrence of Asian corn borer.The host computer software and mobile phone text message can be used to provide early warning to the area where the Asian corn borer disaster occurs,the prevention and control of borer disasters provides a practical and effective solution.
