Based on the analysis of the distribution characteristics of calcium in the phloem and xylem of jackfruit plants, the effects of calcium treatments on the absorption of mineral elements and the metabolism of carbon and nitrogen in the seedlings of jackfruit were studied.1.The results showed that the phloem have the highest calcium content, which is 3.0 g/kg for GHsj 1804,7.65 g/kg for GHsj 1808.Leaf have less calcium than phloem, which is 2.10 g/kg for GHsj 1804 and 2.98 g/kg for GHsj 1808,and the xylem have the lowest calcium content, which is 0.95 g/kg for GHsj 1804 and 2.84 g/kg for GHsj 1808.The calcium content in the branches and leaves of GHsj 1808 was higher than that of GHsj 1804.2.Three calcium treatments all promoted the accumulation of total nitrogen in leaves,6 mmol·L-1 calcium treatment was the highest, but there was no significant difference with other treatments;the total nitrogen content in stems of each treatment was close to or slightly higher than that of clear water treatment, and the difference was not significant;the total nitrogen content in roots of 1.5 mmol·L-1 calcium treatment was significantly higher than that of clear water treatment;the total nitrogen of the whole plant was the highest in 1.5 mmol·L-1 calcium treatment.3.MS treatment and 3 mmol·L-1 calcium treatment both promoted the accumulation of phosphorus in leaves, and MS treatment was significantly higher than 3 mmol·L-1 calcium treatment;all calcium and MS treatment significantly promoted the accumulation of phosphorus in stems, and MS treatment had the highest content of phosphorus in stems, but it was not significantly different from 1.5 mmol·L-1 calcium treatment;MS treatment and 1.5 mmol·L-1 calcium treatment could promote the absorption of phosphorus in roots, and MS treatment was significantly higher than 1.5 mmol·L-1 calcium treatment The total phosphorus content of the whole plant was the highest under the MS treatment.4.Only 6 mmol·L-1 calcium treatment can promote the accumulation of potassium in leaves, which is significantly higher than that of MS,but not significantly different from that of clear water; The three calcium treatments can promote the accumulation of potassium in stems and roots,1.5 mmol·L-1 calcium treatment has the highest potassium content in stems, which is significantly different from that of MS;6 mmol·L-1 calcium treatment has the highest potassium content in stems, which is not significantly different from other treatments. The total potassium content of the whole plant was the highest in 6 mmol·L-1 calcium treatment5.The three calcium treatments were beneficial to the accumulation of calcium in the whole plant of jackfruit. The calcium content in leaves and roots of 6 mmol·L-1 calcium treatment was the highest, and the calcium content in leaves was significantly higher than that in other treatments. The calcium content in roots was not significantly different from that in the other two calcium treatments, and there was a significant difference between those treated with water and MS.The calcium content in stem of 1.5 mmol·L-1 calcium treatment was significantly higher than that of other treatments. The total calcium content of the whole plant treated with 6 mmol·L-1 calcium was the highest.6.3 mmol·L-1 and 6 mmol·L-1 calcium treatment promoted the accumulation of magnesium in leaves, stems and roots.6 mmol·L-1 calcium treatment significantly increased the content of magnesium in leaves, stems and roots. The difference between 6 mmol·L-1 calcium treatment and other treatments was not significant. The content of magnesium in roots was significantly higher than that in water and MS treatment.6 mmol·L-1 calcium treatment had the highest content of total magnesium in the whole plant.7.The three calcium treatments were not conducive to the accumulation of zinc in leaves, stems and roots, and 1.5 mmol·L-1 calcium treatment had the lowest zinc content in leaves and stems, which was significantly different from that in clear water.6 mmol·L-1 calcium treatment had the lowest zinc content, which was significantly different from other treatments. The total zinc content of the whole plant was the highest in clear water treatment.8.The three calcium treatments were not conducive to iron accumulation in leaves.6 mmol·L-1 calcium treatment had the lowest iron content in leaves, which was significantly different from MS treatment.1.5 mmol·L-1 calcium treatment can promote the absorption of iron in stems and roots, and the iron content of 1.5 mmol·L-1 calcium treatment in stems is significantly higher than that of water treatment.MS treatment and 1.5 mmol·L-1 calcium treatment had the highest iron content.9.All calcium treatments and MS treatments promoted the accumulation of boron in leaves. The highest boron content was found in leaves treated with 1.5 mmol·L-1 calcium.Only 1.5 mmol·L-1 calcium treatment promoted the absorption of boron in stem, which was significantly higher than other treatments.1.5 mmol·L-1 calcium treatment and MS treatment promoted the absorption of boron, which was significantly higher than that of water treatment. The total boron content of the whole plant was the highest under 1.5 mmol·L-1 calcium treatment.10.Calcium treatment has a certain effect on carbon and nitrogen metabolism in leaves.1.5 mmol·L-1 and 6 mmol·L-1 calcium treatment promoted the transformation of total soluble sugar into starch, while 3 mmol·L-1 calcium treatment was not conducive to starch accumulation.MS,3 mmol·L-1 and 6 mmol·L-1 calcium treatment promoted glucose production, and 6 mmol·L-1 calcium treatment promoted sucrose accumulation.MS treatment promoted the absorption of ammonium nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen, and the content of soluble protein was the highest;the soluble protein of 1.5 mmol·L-1 and 3 mmol·L-1 in calcium treatment was higher than that in water control.11.There was a certain correlation between the contents of mineral elements and carbon and nitrogen metabolites in jackfruit under calcium treatment. There was a significant negative correlation between Ca and fructose content,a significant positive correlation with glucose content,a significant negative correlation between fructose content and ammonium nitrogen content,a significant positive correlation between total soluble sugar content and nitrate nitrogen content, and a negative correlation between sucrose content and soluble protein content.Among the nutrient elements, nitrogen, magnesium, potassium and phosphorus are positively correlated with calcium, while zinc is mainly negatively correlated with calcium.
