| The number of days from sowing to panicle of sea rice 86 at each sowing period was very close to that of typical photosensitive cultivars with short iron stalks,and the trend of growth period was consistent.In the 36 sowing period,the maximum number of days from sowing to panicle was 200 days for sea rice 86 planted on March 15,and the shortest number of days from sowing to panicle was 56 days for sea rice 86 planted on September 5.This study confirmed that sea rice 86 belongs to photosensitive type.It was determined that sea rice 86 was only suitable for late rice planting in south China,and the optimum sowing time was around July 10.2.Based on the data of stage sowing and growth period,combined with the microscopic examination results of young panicle differentiation and the analysis of meteorological data,it was preliminarily determined that the daily length of sea rice86 under early season(early spring)to complete light cycle induction was ≤ 12.46 minutes,and the daily length of iron stalk short to complete light cycle induction was≤ 12.27 minutes.In the late season,the daily length of sea rice 86 after light weeks induction was ≤ 12.52 minutes,and the daily length of iron culms short planting after light weeks induction was also ≤ 12.52 minutes.3.The research data showed that the effective accumulated temperature in the whole growth period of planting sea rice 86 on July 5 in the late season was 2362.8℃,and the sunshine duration in the whole growth period was 802.4 hours.The effective accumulated temperature was 4189.9℃ in the whole growth period and the sunshine hours were 1330.1 hours in the whole growth period.4.The experiment compared the yield characters of the early and late seasons of sea rice 86,and concluded that the average leaf area of each blade of sea rice 86 was68.4cm and 72.9cm,respectively.The average 1000-grain weight of sea rice in early and late season was 21.1g and 21.1g,respectively.The average seed-setting rate of sea rice 86 in early and late season was 66.5% and 85.2%,respectively.According to the comparison of the above early and evening yield traits,it is known that the sowing yield of sea rice 86 in the late season is > in the early season,and that the 1000-grain weight and seed-setting rate of sea rice 86 are the highest when sowing on July 15.5.By analyzing the differences in the contents of physiological and biochemical indexes related to yield traits and growth period between early and late seasons of sea rice 86,it was further proved that the better sowing time of sea rice 86 in late season was better.The level of endogenous hormone content affected the growth and development of sea rice 86.The content of IAA,GA and CTK in the late season was > in the early season,and the content of ABA in the late season was < early season.Chlorophyll content is one of the criteria to judge the photosynthetic ability and plant health of rice.Chlorophyll content of sea rice 86 increased with the delay of sowing date in early season and decreased with the delay of sowing date in late season.Therefore,chlorophyll content was the highest in late season and early sowing.The soluble sugar content of sea rice 86 was sown in late season with > in early season.The content of free proline increased when the sea rice 86 was subjected to stress. |
