In this paper,based on the analysis and research of the current situation of our agricultural irrigation,combined with the advanced technology of intelligent irrigation in the world,integrating wireless sensor network technology,remote control technology,machine learning technology,database technology,etc.,this paper makes an in-depth study on the realization of large-area networked agricultural irrigation control and management system,and innovatively delivers water rights according to the spirit of the national water conservancy reform instruction.It is easy to integrate into the control management system,so that the system is a water resource monitoring platform,or a water resource trading platform,water rights trading platform,water price reform support platform,so as to truly realize the comprehensive reform of agricultural water price,realize automatic irrigation,implement water rights reform,water rights trading.The main research contents are as follows:1.A set of wireless transmission network based on ZigBee technology is designed,which is responsible for collecting the data collected by various sensors and sending them to the remote monitoring service center.The machine learning of the data in the remote monitoring service center gives an intuitive result,which is convenient for users to check whether the farmland needs irrigation at any place.If the user needs to irrigate the farmland,he can purchase the water right online and open the solenoid valve for irrigation by remote control.After reaching the preset threshold value,the solenoid valve can close by itself,and the water right purchased by the user can be sold for realization if it is no longer needed.2.From the perspective of the Internet of things control system,design the agricultural irrigation control management system,fully consider the system intelligence and irrigation node deployment,combine ZigBee wireless sensor network technology and irrigation node deployment plan,design the control and information system based on the key technology of the Internet of things,which can effectively improve the utilization rate of irrigation water resources.The system is combined to obtain the crop environment data of the collector and analyze the collected data using the relevant irrigation decision.According to the model analysis and prediction results,we can judge whether the crops in this area need irrigation.3.The irrigation decision-making control algorithm of agricultural irrigation system is deeply discussed,the irrigation decision-making mechanism based on fuzzy control algorithm is studied,the problems in the implementation of fuzzy control algorithm in agricultural irrigation are analyzed,the irrigation decision-making mechanism based on convolution neural network is proposed,the sample data of convolution neural network is processed and prepared,and four kinds of convolution neural network are designed.Feed operation scheme,and combined with the data for testing,the comparison result selects the 9-layer convolution neural network feed-forward operation scheme of scheme 3,and designs three kinds of water price payment methods,in order to arouse people’s awareness of water conservation through different billing methods.
