In recent years,the planting area of apple in Handan area has been expanding,but apple virus disease is one of the important obstacles to the development of apple industry.However,how to effectively control the occurrence,development and spread of the virus has always been a problem to be solved in production.In this study,the effects of different agents and different application methods on apple virus disease and fruit quality were explored in order to explore a new way and feasible technical scheme to control apple virus disease on the premise of ensuring apple quality and yield.The results are as follows:Firstly,From 2014 to 2016,the planting area of apple trees in Handan area increased year by year,accounting for 37% of the total planting area in 2016.The occurrence degree of apple mosaic virus disease is closely related to the management of apple varieties and orchards.Fuji and July Red are more resistant to disease,Zhongqiuwang,Red Star and Jin Shuai are susceptible to disease.Secondly,In this study,6% ateling,2% morpholguanidine copper and 10%virazole were used to treat apple trunk carrying mosaic virus,and the control effect on apple mosaic virus disease was very significant.Under the concentra tion of atellin and morpholinguanidine copper ≤ 1000 times and virazole ≤ 1500 times,the control effect on apple mosaic disease became more and more sig nificant with the increase of treatment concentration.And Ateling(1000 times solution)> virazole(1500 times solution)> morpholine guanidine copper(1000times liquid).The disease index of Ateling was 0.0444,and the control effect was 0.0444.The control effect of ribavirin was the second,the disease index was 0.0572,the control effect was 72%,and the disease index of morpholguan idine copper was 0.0604,and the control effect was 71%.It can be seen that these three agents have obvious control effect on apple mosaic virus disease.Three methods of infusion dripping,cyclic application and spray were used to explore the effects of different application methods on apple fruit quality by applying6% Ateling,2% morpholguanidine copper and 10% virazole.The results showed that compared with cyclic application and spray treatment,infusion dripping could significantly improve fruit quality,and the effect of Ateling treatment was better thanthat of morpholguanidine copper and virazole,and the dripping technique of Ateling infusion could effectively increase the soluble sugar content,especially fructose content,and(2)it could obviously increase the color of fruit brightness,so it was speculated that Ateling might have degradation effect on chlorophyll in fruit,and the results showed that Ateling could effectively increase the content of soluble sugar,especially fructose,and improve the color of fruit brightness,so it was speculated that Ateling might have degradation effect on chlorophyll in fruit.(3)it has a certain promoting effect on the growth and development of apple fruit and the improvement of internal quality,and the fruit weight and yield per plant have been significantly increased;(4)it has a positive effect on the adjustment of fruit shape and fruit firmness;(5)it can effectively increase the content of soluble solids in apple fruit and reduce the acidity of apple fruit.Therefore,Aitailing is beneficial to improve the formation of soluble solids in fruit and to improve the internal quality of fruit.
