With the improvement of people's living standard in China,the demand of sea cucumber products increases year by year,and China has become the country with the largest output and sales of sea cucumber in the world.The processing technology of sea cucumber is complex,and the mechanization rate of processing is low.With the huge increase of sea cucumber demand,the problem of low manual processing efficiency has become increasingly prominent.It has become an urgent demand of sea cucumber processing industry to develop mechanized equipment suitable for sea cucumber processing to replace manual labor.The purpose of sea cucumber cleaning is to ensure the hygienic quality of sea cucumber products and to obtain good apparent quality and taste.Besmirch,tiny shale particle adhered on the surface of the sea cucumber materials,skin color and texture,and this kind of sea surface material adhesion,it is difficult to through covered,leaching or scrub,regular cleaning methods such as the artificial scrub while it is possible to achieve the purpose of deep clean skin and remove sea cucumber,but time-consuming,unable to realize the mass production,so it is necessary to develop a kind of can automatically remove attachments to a new type of sea cucumber sea cucumber skin and deep cleaning technology and equipment.In this paper,based on water jet cleaning method,this paper discusses the technical feasibility of the depth of the sea cucumber cleaning processing,by adopting the combination of flow field simulation and washing test method,analysis the main cleaning parameter selection range and the effects of the changes of sea cucumber cleansing build sea cucumber cleansing effect of sensory evaluation methods,sea cucumber cleaning parameter optimization method is put forward,and on this basis,the water jet sea cucumber depth cleaning equipment design and development work.The research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)the relationship between cleaning parameters and stress state of sea cucumber was discussed.Based on flow field simulation,the relationship between nozzle type,jet parameters and the stress state of sea cucumber cleaning process was studied.Offered to sea cucumber stress uniformity,the maximum impact force and impact utilization measure sea cucumber cleansing mechanics performance index,based on the simulation data and analyzed under different nozzle jet pressure,jet standoff distance change of sea cucumber cleansing mechanics performance index,the influence of nozzle type selection is given based on design and cleaning parameters and mechanical properties of the curve,as the sea cucumber cleansing process parameters provide a basis for the design and optimization.(2)an evaluation method for the cleaning effect of sea cucumber based on sensory evaluation was proposed.Based on the principle of the test,the paper analyzes the sea cucumber material characteristics(size,hardness and softness)and cleaning parameters(inlet pressure,standoff distance)influence on cleaning effect,the sea cucumber was established cleaning effect,clean degree,damage degree of sensory evaluation criterion,sea cucumber cleaning plan optimization strategy was proposed,providing support for sea cucumber cleaning equipment design.(3)the design scheme of deep cleaning equipment for sea cucumber based on water jet was established.The equipment has the functions of reciprocating cleaning,protecting the belly and foot of sea cucumber raw material,self-locking feeding and automatic unloading.The key parameters of the equipment(working pressure,target distance,incident Angle,relative moving speed)were optimized through prototype test.
