Cantaloupe is one of the major famous and special products in Xinjiang.It is deeply liked by consumers.With the growth of Cantaloupe's economic benefits,the optimization of planting conditions,and the introduction of new varieties,Hami melons have been planted in various areas of the country,but large-scale Facility cultivation and continuous planting have led to a decline in cantaloupe yield and poor quality;in order to meet people's growing needs,research scholars have found that the application of actinomycetes can significantly improve the quality of cantaloupe and increase yield,and the effect is better;The continuous cropping soil is the test object,and the four treatments of BT1~BT4 composed of Actinomycete Act12,Streptomyces lucidum D74,Streptomyces lividans 1 # and Streptomyces lividans No.1 and CK treatment without application of fungi Choose continuous cropping years of 1 year,3 years,7 years,and 10 years of soil,and set up five treatments of CK treatment and BT1~BT4 for each year;explore the application of actinomycetes,different continuous cropping years on the yield,quality and soil of cantaloupe Effects of nutrient characteristics and enzyme activity.The test results are as follows:(1)As the continuous cropping period increases,the soil pH decreases first and then increases,and the conductivity first increases and then decreases,and the soil nutrient content decreases year by year;as the cantaloupe matures,there is no significant change in soil pH,and the nutrient content gradually decreases;with the release The application of microbial agents increased soil organic matter,available phosphorus,available potassium,total nitrogen,total phosphorus,microbial biomass carbon,microbial biomass nitrogen content by an average of 0~35.79%,0~37.59%,0~49.29%,0~8.6%,0~39.32%,0~43.88%,0~58.65%,actinomycet es increase the content of soil available nutrients.(2)With the increase of continuous cropping years,the activities of soil catalase,sucrase,urease,alkaline phosphatase showed an increasing trend and then decreased.The nitrate reductase decreased year by year.The peak of different enzyme activities reached different,but the overall With the increase of continuous cropping years,the activity decreased;the soil enzyme activity of actinomycetes was higher than the control,the effect of mixed fungicides was higher than that of single fungi,the application of actinomycetes promoted catalase,urease,sucrase,alkaline phosphate Enzyme and nitrate reductase activities increased by 0~208.25%,0~109.46%,0~135.72%,0~260.14%,0~86.11% respectively;during the fruit enlargement period,soil microorganisms and animals are active frequently,with high biological activity and enzymes The reaction is vigorous and the enzyme activity is highest.(3)With the increase of continuous cropping years,the sugar content,vitamin C,and sugar acid of Cantaloupe increased first and then decreased.The total acidity and hardness increased year by year.There was no significant difference between the horizontal and vertical diameters of different years;different actinomycetes increased the production of cantaloupe.The sugar content,hardness,and vitamin C content reduced the total acidity and morbidity of Hami melons.The difference between the four treatments was significant.The treatment of compound bacterial agent BT4 was better than the treatment of single bacterial agents BT1 ~ BT3.(4)In this test,Pearson correlation analysis was performed between quality indicators,nutrient indicators,and enzyme activities,and it was found that pH and conductivity were negatively correlated with nutrients,and different nutrient indicators were significantly positively correlated;nitrate reductase and catalase,urease,Invertase and alkaline phosphatase were significantly negatively correlated,and other enzymes were significantly positively correlated with each other;sugar content,vitamin C,sugar-acid ratio and soil organic matter and other nutrient indicators and urease and other enzyme activity indicators were significantly positively correlated,Hami melon hardness and total acidity were significantly negatively correlated with soil nutrients and enzyme activity;through stepwise regression analysis,soil phosphorus,potassium,catalase,invertase,microbial biomass carbon,and microbial biomass nitrogen affected the yield and quality of cantaloupe The main factor.The above test results show that with the increase of continuous cropping years,the content of soil nutrients and enzyme activities decreases,and the yield and quality of Hami melons deteriorate.The yield and nutritional quality of cantaloupe can improve the economic returns of farmers,entrepreneurs and provide the people with sweet and delicious fruits.Therefore,it should be recommended that the continuous cropping time should not exceed 3 years in actual production.With the application of bacterial agents,proper rotation of crop stubble and fallow cultivation,to promote crop yield and efficiency.
