China’s crop straw resources are very rich.In recent years,straw production has been increasing.However,straw materials have problems such as loose organization,storage and transportation difficulties.Compressing and baling straw can not only reduce the storage and transportation cost of straw,but also make the utilization of straw large-scale and industrialized,which is an important way to solve the above problems.The baler is one of the key components of the bale baler.Its quality is directly related to the productivity of the baler and the overall quality of the straw bale products.This article is based on the domestic and foreign straw compression theory and the related research results of the baler,combined with the research status of the key equipment of the baler.analysis.On the basis of the overall structural design of the baling device of the square bale baling machine,detailed analysis of the movement process of the main mechanism,the bale baler device systemic mechanical structure and hydraulic system design,using SolidWorks software to build The three-dimensional model of the baler of the bale baler is designed and selected for hydraulic system components and accessories.Through the static analysis and structural optimization of the pressing plate and compression box of the baling device of the bale baler,the performance of the optimized pressing plate and compression box can be determined to meet the strength requirements of the baling device.Through the kinematics simulation analysis of the driving device of the bale baler,the actual effective stroke of the compression piston in the compression process is 1100 mm,which meets the design requirements of the compression stroke size.Using AMESim software each other bale press briquetting machine device of the hydraulic system for the simulation analysis,it is concluded that the running speed of executive element,the flow in and out of the oil at the mouth of the change trend,examined the rationality of various hydraulic circuit design,stability.The design of the baling device and the analysis of the key parts of the baling machine can provide a theoretical basis for the design of the baling machine.
