China is a large agricultural country,however,the design of corn combine harvesters is mostly analogous to foreign similar products or based on experience.It greatly limits the improvement of the performance of domestic corn combine harvesters.Therefore,it is urgent to study the testing technology of key parts of corn combine harvester in field operation and the compilation technology of multi-condition load spectrum.In this paper,the 4YZQS-4A self-propelled corn combine harvester is used as an experimental prototype to build a corn combine harvester load test system.The frame is used as a specific research object to develop a load test plan.The load data of the frame are processed and checked.The load spectrum of corn combine harvester frame is compiled.The load spectrum management system of agricultural machinery is preliminarily established.The main works are as follows:First,a load test system of corn combine harvester is built and the load test is carried out.The basic situation of the experimental prototype is introduced and its main parts are classified.The load test system of corn combine harvester is built based on the wired test method.The load test plan of frame is developed.The frame of 4YZQS-4A self-propelled corn combine harvester of Tianjin Yongmeng Machinery Co.,Ltd.is equipped with the system for debugging and testing.Next,data processing and calibration of field load of corn combine harvester frame are carried out.The Butterworth filter method is used to remove the zero drift and electronic circuit interference.The amplitude threshold method,the gradient threshold method and the statistical variance method are used to remove the burrs and further comparison is made.Finally,the signal is checked for stationarity and ergodicity.Once again,the load spectrum of the corn combine harvester frame was compiled.The From-To matrix was generated by the rain flow cycle counting method for the processed data.The load is extrapolated and superimposed to obtain the synthetic working load spectrum of the corn combine harvester frame.Finally,a load spectrum compilation management system for agricultural machinery is built.The function design of the system is completed by using the idea of structural design.The complex functional modules are decomposed into several basic functional units by using the top-down analysis method.The tables of this system are designed in relation.The development of various functional modules of the system is realized by the mixed programming technology of MFC and MATLAB.
