Research On The Mechanism Of Resolving The Conflict Of Core Interest In The Development Of Dashushan National Forest Park

Since the reform and opening up,ecological agriculture and forestry tourism has become a new economic growth point.The state strongly supports and encourages private enterprises to invest in the development of tourist attractions,and all kinds of private capital have entered the tourism industry.But at the same time,in the process of scenic spot development,the contradictions and conflicts between the main interests are constantly appearing,which brings challenges to the development of tourism.In order to promote the smooth development of scenic spots,it is necessary to attach importance to the appeal of stakeholders and coordinate their conflicts.Taking Dashushan national forest park as the research object,this paper comprehensively USES the game analysis method,the questionnaire survey and the field interview combination,the qualitative analysis and the quantitative analysis combination research method,has carried on the exploration to the core interest conflict resolution mechanism in the scenic spot development process.The research literature on tourism conflict at home and abroad is collected and sorted out,which makes the author understand the current research trends of tourism conflict and points out the direction for this research.Through the field investigation of Dashushan national forest park,the author is familiar with the basic situation of the current scenic spot and the conditions of tourism development.Dashushan national forest park is rich in tourism resources and has obvious location advantages.The local government has issued a series of policies conducive to the development of the scenic spot.However,the scenic spot also faces the difficulties of human resource allocation and capital shortage.The author uses the stakeholder theory to identify the government,tourism enterprises,community residents and tourists as the core interest subjects of this study,and defines the research objects.Through issuing questionnaires and adopting semi-structured interviews,we understand the interest demands of the four core interest subjects,and use the theoretical method of game theory to analyze the possible interest conflicts among the relevant subjects of scenic spot development.Based on this,the paper concludes that the main problems in resolving conflicts in the scenic spots are unreasonable interest distribution,insufficient community participation,lack of effective communication and supervision,and unsound cultural and environmental protection mechanism.Based on the construction of interest mechanism and the diagnosis of problems in scenic spots,the main causes of interest conflicts are analyzed as follows: the unequal distribution of interests is the direct incentive,the imbalance of power and system is the fundamental cause,and the gap of ability to participate in the development is the intermediate condition of the conflicts.Based on the above analysis,the mechanism of resolving conflicts of core interests in scenic spots is constructed.First of all,the basic principles of conflict resolution should be clarified,that is,to establish a consensus on the value of sustainable development of scenic spots,and to adhere to the principle of reasonable distribution of interests and overall consideration.Through strengthening community participation and increasing the power of the system,ensuring the smooth communication of information,strengthening the protection of cultural environment,strengthening the role of interest arbitration supervision and other specific measures to resolve conflicts.On the basis of conflict resolution,it is proposed to realize the benefit sharing of scenic spots by establishing a reasonable profit distribution model,strengthening the role of government management,ensuring the rational development of tourism enterprises and strengthening the quality education of villagers.
