Plastic film is widely used in crop planting,but its recovery rate is less than 60%.The residue of plastic film leads to the destruction of soil physical structure and "white pollution" and so on.The problem of low efficiency,high labor intensity and high cost exists in artificial picking up of residual film.Therefore,mechanized recycling has become an effective means to solve the problem of residual film pollution.However,the plastic film recovered by the existing machinery has serious entanglement with the impurities such as crop straw,soil and so on.It is difficult to separate,which is not conducive to subsequent processing.Direct incineration or centralized stacking causes great waste of resources and serious secondary pollution.In order to solve the problem of high miscellaneous content of recovery residual film,the team designed a kind of profile modeling residual plastic film recovery machine.Based on this research,the cleaning system of the key parts of the profile modeling residual plastic film recovery machine was studied.Based on the research object of cotton mulching planting in Xinjiang,the characteristics of residual plastic film,cotton stalk and soil after autumn were analyzed,a cleaning system which integrates plastic film and impurity separation device and impurity conveying device was designed.The structure design of plastic film and impurity separation device was carried out,and the factors affecting residual film impurity separation rate were analyzed.The structure and working parameters of the system were optimized with the aim of high separation rate and impurity transport performance.In order to improve the residual film picking rate and impurity separation rate,the structure and working parameters of the system were optimized.The main research work and conclusions are as follows:(1)Through field research on the operating environment of the cleaning system of the profile modeling residual plastic film recovery machine,the soil impurity mass on the plastic film surface(2050mm)after the crushing of the cotton straw in the current season was 1067 g/m,the main stem volume of the cotton stalk was 110 g/m,and the stem volume of the cotton stalk was 92 g/m.The parameters of crushed cotton stalk and field experiment conditions were obtained.According to the technical requirements of the cleaning system of the profile modeling residual plastic film recovery machine,the overall scheme of the cleaning system was determined.(2)Theoretical analysis,structural design and parameter determination were carried out on the plastic film picking up and transportation chains and differential pickup drum,which are the key components of the plastic film and impurity separation device.In the process of collecting and transporting residual plastic film,the influencing factors of plastic film and impurity separation were analyzed to determine the factors of field experiment.(3)The impurity conveying device of the cleaning system was designed.The movement of cotton stalk and soil in the first-order impurity conveying mechanism was analyzed by EDEM discrete element method.The performance of the impurity conveying device was better when the screw conveyer pitch 200 mm,the speed 204 r/min and the angle of the dialing miscellaneous plate are optimized by using Box-Benhnken experiment design method.(4)According to the requirements of the operation performance of the miscellaneous cleaning system,the design of three factors and five-level regression orthogonal combination field experiment were carried out,taking the machine speed,the plastic film conveying speed and the installation position of the pick-up drum as the experiment factors,and the residual film pick-up rate and the residual film impurity separation rate as the experiment indexes.Using Design-Expert software to analyze the response surface of the experiment results,and the optimal working parameters combination of the cleaning system was obtained.When the machine speed was 5.43 km/h,the conveying speed of the plastic film was 6.90 km/h,and the position of the pick-up drum was-20 mm,the residual film pick-up rate was 94.71%,and the residual film impurity separation rate was 91.25%.Meanwhile,on the basis of this parameter combination,the impurity conveying efficiency was 90.6% when the speed of the impurity conveying device was 204 r/min.The results can provide a reference for improving the working quality of the profile modeling residual plastic film recovery machine.
