In order to improve the insulation effect of the roof in front of the greenhouse at night,it is very important to develop a new composite insulation cover with good insulation effect,high waterproof performance,light weight,high strength and low cost.In this study,suitable materials are selected to make the insulation quilt,and the waterproof,mechanical strength and other performance analysis tests are carried out in the indoor,and the aluminum foil insulation bubble film composite insulation quilt with the best comprehensive performance and the needled felt insulation quilt are selected for the comparative analysis of insulation,energy conservation and economic cost.The main research contents and results of this paper are as follows:(1)Through theoretical analysis and numerical comparison,it is concluded that aluminum foil thermal insulation bubble film composite thermal insulation is a good thermal insulation material.And using the weight method,the bidirectional electronic universal testing machine and the unit area quality test to compare the performance of the insulation quilt in waterproof,mechanical strength,unit area quality.Through test and comparison,the water absorption rate of aluminum foil insulation bubble film composite insulation quilt is 5.5%,the fracture strength is 305 N/cm,and the mass per unit area is 1560 g/m2。(2)Two kinds of heat preservation covers are respectively covered on two solar greenhouses with the same structure and size.By monitoring the thermal environment inside and outside the greenhouses,the heat preservation effect of the two kinds of heat preservation covers is analyzed.By comparison,the heat preservation effect of the greenhouse covered with aluminum foil thermal insulation bubble film composite thermal insulation blanket is better than that of the greenhouse covered with needle felt thermal insulation blanket.(3)Using the theoretical calculation formula and the measured temperature data in the greenhouse,the energy saving effect of aluminum foil thermal insulation bubble film composite thermal insulation quilt under three different weather conditions was calculated and compared.The results show that the energy saving rate of aluminum foil thermal insulation bubble film composite insulation blanket is 7%,4% and 4% respectively in sunny day,cloudy day and snow day,and the energy saving effect is the best in sunny day.(4)The cost analysis of the two kinds of heat preservation quilt shows that the comprehensive cost of the composite heat preservation quilt with aluminum foil heat preservation bubble film is low,which is suitable for popularization and use.
