Farmland water conservancy is an important foundation for safeguarding national food security and promoting agricultural modernization.The Ministry of Water Resources has made important instructions to deepen farmland water conservancy reform and at the same time to better promote rural revitalization strategies;therefore,sustainable and healthy promotion of farmland water conservancy The development of more intelligent and more precise direction,speeding up the continuation of supporting facilities and modernization of large and medium-sized irrigation districts,from the water source to the field to realize the systematic,informatization and intelligent management of water conservancy facilities are the needs of the development of the times.The development of geographic information systems has provided more technical innovations for the management of things with geospatial attributes.By combining spatial data and attribute data perfectly,and then using the powerful spatial analysis function of GIS,irrigation canal system data can be realized The integrated management of the irrigation area provides more scientific technical support for the efficient management of water resources in the irrigation area.Irrigation districts in China bear very important responsibilities.To achieve detailed management of irrigation districts,the first task is to achieve systematic and precise management of geospatial elements in the irrigation districts.Therefore,it is very necessary to establish a spatial database of irrigation districts.This study is based on Baojixia Irrigation District in Shaanxi Province as the research area.As the largest irrigation district in Shaanxi Province,although some achievements have been made in the informationization of irrigation districts,there are still problems such as imperfect management and low informationization.At present,the existing problems in the irrigation area are guided by the problem and this study is carried out.This article focuses on the research and development of the water use planning system of the Fufeng section of the Baojixia Irrigation District.The following work is carried out by focusing on the construction of the spatial database of the irrigation district,and the following research results have been achieved:(1)First,conceptual design of the irrigation area water management system.Through the conceptual design,the demand analysis of the irrigation area water management system was conducted to understand the basic data required by the system,and the basic data collection of the irrigation area was carried out by combining the "3S" technology.In the process of data collection,more advanced collection methods-UAV measurement and mobile GIS have been used to improve the efficiency of data collection.(2)The collected basic data of the irrigation area,such as canal system data,field information,crop information,irrigation system,etc.,are pre-processed before storage,so as to realize the standardization and standardization of the data.(3)Build a spatial database of irrigation districts through the GIS system,establish a spatial database and an attribute database with the Geo Database database model,classify and encode geographic elements in the irrigation districts,and implement hierarchical management.The constructed dynamic database of irrigation districts provides data for the later irrigation district water system support.(4)Take the typical irrigation area—Baojixia Irrigation Area Canal Fufeng Section as an example,and find the existing problems through investigation,and take the problem as the guide to solve the actual problems.Using Arc GIS Engine technology and C # as the development language,in Visual Studio 2012 as the development toolkit,.Net Frame Work4.0 framework,the GIS system is secondary developed,and the entire system development is designed as a user management module and channel data management module,Attribute data management module,optimized water distribution module,data export module,help and other aspects.The entire system has optimized interface,simple operation,complete system data management,outstanding performance,and good portability and promotion.
