Analysis On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Ecological Animal Husbandry In Jiuzhi County

Jiuzhi is a typical animal husbandry county,but the special geographical environment restricts the large-scale development of its husbandry.In recent years,in response to the construction of grassland ecological animal husbandry and the national park province,the development of grassland ecological animal husbandry have achieved some results based on a good ecological foundation and high-quality animal husbandry resources.By means of field investigation,literature review and comparative analysis,the author analyzed the status quo,advantages and disadvantages of grassland ecological animal husbandry development in Jiuzhi county,and proposed corresponding development countermeasures and suggestions for the existing problems.Jiuzhi County has harsh natural conditions,fragile ecological environment,and low industrialization of traditional animal husbandry: Jiuzhi county is located in the hinterland of San Jiang Yuan,the annual climate is mainly manifested warm season and cold season.In the cold season,the temperature will be lower than 0 ℃for a long time,even lower than-10℃.The average annual sunshine time is about 2000 h,which is relatively short throughout the province.Meanwhile,the precipitation of Jiuzhi county is about 760 mm,ranking the first among the precipitation of the whole province and being listed as one of the world’s four net zones by UNESCO.In 2015,there were 245,100 head of livestock in the county.The relatively abundant livestock and climate resources are the basic guarantee for the development of ecological agriculture and animal husbandry for Jiuzhi county.At the same time,Jiuzhi County has harsh natural conditions,fragile ecological environment,low degree of traditional animal husbandry industrialization,incomplete animal husbandry infrastructure,weak self-development capability,and difficulty in increasing livestock production and efficiency.Unique regional advantages provide favorable conditions for the development of organic agriculture and animal husbandry: Jiuzhi County is an important ecological barrier for the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau,and it is an important ecological function balance zone for economic and social development in the middle and upper reaches of the Yellow River.Its location characteristics are prominent,and it is particularly important to maintain its strategic position on ecological security.We must put the ecological development at the first place and to achieve win-win ecology and development.The unique regional advantages provide favorable conditions for the development of organic agriculture and animal husbandry in Jiuzhi County.Countermeasures and suggestions for the development of ecological animal husbandry: Jiuzhi County is an important ecological function area and water source of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.It is not suitable for large-scale livestock and poultry farming.The development of a moderate ecological animal husbandry may be its main approach.The main development strategies are: Ecological priority,combined with the "Eco-Livestocking Implementation Plan" of the county and county,implement the grass-animal balance to achieve a healthy and sustainable green development of the ecological animal husbandry;secondly,use the comparative advantages of modern animal husbandry to vigorously support and develop pollution-free animal husbandry,Green ecological animal husbandry and organic animal husbandry;the third is to improve the regulations,systems,financial management methods,income distribution methods,operating modes,member file establishment,and grass-animal balance system of professional cooperatives to actively guide the masses to produce grasslands and livestock.Optimize reorganization.Smooth cooperation and communication systems and mechanisms among governments,enterprises,demonstration villages,cooperatives,and herdsmen.
