Erythroneurini belongs to subfamily Typhlocybinae(Hemipter: Cicadellidae),and is the largest group of Typhlocybinae.At present,there are few research results on the genetic diversity and phylogeography of Cicadellidae.In order to get the phylogeography and genetic diversity of the Erythroneurini,mitochondrial gene sequences of the Erythroneurini have been investigated thoroughly by using molecular biology methods.The main results are as follows:1.The mitochondrial combination gene sequence of Empoascanara sipra from 6 geological populations were analyzed to determine the genetic diversity.we found that 1816 conserved sites,8 variable sites,2 parsimony information sites,4 singleton sites and were substituted in the 1824 bp fragment of leafhoppers based on the mitochondrial combinationgene sequence.The nucleotide diversity of different geographical populations was 0.00172,indicating that the genetic diversity was not large.Test study indicates that TR geographical population the most primitive,and other geographical population was the largest.TR geographic population is the most primitive.The genetic distance between TR geographic populations and other geographic populations was greatest.2.The complete mitochondrial genomes of Empoascanara sipra,Empoascanara dwalata and Empoascanara wengangensis are reported in this study.The complete circular mitochondrial genome of the three leafhoppers species in tribe Erythroneurini have length of 14827 bp,15271 bp,14830 bp.3.By analyzing the components of the four representative Erythroneurine species mitochondrial genomes: we found that the species in the same genus are in base composition,intergenic and overlapping regions,protein-coding gene start codon and stop codon,and RNA gene.The districts are very similar,and the species in different genera have obvious differences in all aspects.4.Based on mitochondrial COI and 16 S rRNA gene sequences,the Phylogeography of Erythroneurini were analyzed.The results showed that seven different geographical populations of Empoascanara sipra got together successively,and the species of Empoascanara sipra was monozygous.The genetic distance between different species in the same genus is close,while between species of different genera is far.
