Pseudorabies(PR),which has reproductive disorders for pigs.Its pathogen is Pseudos virusrabie(PRV),with different stages of pre-performance symptoms.The early stages are usually fever and myelitis.For breeding pigs with respiratory symptoms,for sows usually cause miscarriage,stillbirth and other problems.Piglets can cause digestive diseases such as diarrhea.In view of the large-scale pig farm to pseudo-rabies disease,this paper through different prevention and control and immunization programs and different vaccine effects of the comparison,analysis of large-scale pig farms on pseudo-rabies prevention and control and immune vaccine selection and immunization program guidance.For the 3-25-week-old nursery-fat pigs of a large farm in Shenyang,Liaoning Province,during the period from March to December 2018,the number of single batch nursery fattening groups was not less than 500,and the test was compared with the selection of 3 columns(50 head/column)in 4 batches.The trial time was 22 weeks(from weaning to the out-of-the-box)for each group.In strict accordance with the batch production,full-in-full out of the concept of production management.Before each batch into the pig,the pig house is strictly cleaned,disinfected and quarantined,and the disinfection drugs used in the same pig farm,the isolation time is unified.The experimental pigs in the same pig farm ensured that the age difference of the pigs in the same pig house was not greater than 7 days from the same sow farm.Through the analysis of the test results of the immune effect of different vaccine manufacturers,a reasonable immunization procedure and vaccine manufacturers and categories of disease prevention and control are obtained.The entire trial cycle lasted 22 weeks,a total of four batches of immunotherapy,from the experimental data can be seen that different vaccines in different batches of different immunoantibodies levels.The antibody level of the A batch is vaccine vaccine vaccine 3,the antibody level of B batch is vaccine vaccine vaccine 1,the antibody level of The C batch is vaccine vaccine vaccine 2,the antibody level of the D batch is vaccine vaccine vaccine vaccine 2.Among them,The A batch adopted secondary immunity,the B batch used three immunizations,the C and D batches used four immunizations,of which the average effect of B batch of immunity was higher than CD,and the effect of CD was higher than A.The experimental results show that the immune effect of pseudo-rabies disease in large-scale pig farms is good,fully in line with national standards,and has better effect on three immunizations.In terms of vaccine selection,different vaccines need to be selected according to different immune strategies,but there are high requirements for the management experience of farmers,and the relationship between epidemic prevention strategies and vaccine models needs to be verified by a large amount of experimental data.
